Shawcross sure got some history:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1083214/Arsenal-striker-Adebayor-ruled-weeks-Stoke-clash.html

It is no rocket science why England has only won one World cup really.Buncha thugs breeding pederasts. angry And in the Adebayor's case,i can remember vividly dude took Ade's leg off off-pitch.I think unless the FA does something against this sort of player, then Ramsey's injury may be a mere child's play to what's in the offing.

BTW,though Ramsey's injury blackened everything at the Brittania yesterday,i really doff my hat for the likes of Clichy,Cesc and Sol.Sol's re-signing has being a master-stroke of some sort, can anyone just imagine Silvestre in yesterday's match shocked

How did they get promoted if they cannot play?
When Arsenal players went after Evra last season after his MEN VS BOYS remark. . .Did United complain Arsenal players set out to injure him?
I smell hypocrisy from you bloody LOSERS. Karma is a biaaaaaaaaatch and maybe, maybe Ramsey deserved what he got.
shocked  shocked  angry  I am trying my optimal best to refrain from labelling yousome unprintable names dude. That right there is needless and i hope you will be man enough(something i doubt you will ever do) to retract it.To think i have ever credited you with some modicum of intelligence, decency and lucidity.Damn!

@Sauron

I know you get high on your own dosage of sophistry but pray tell how can someone with no return date on his injury be in and out of a team? undecided

Believe me,being high on nasal hair follicles is better than someone who posts rubbish like he's cranio-pagusly conjoined with a mule.

What am i saying, you are here making a case for a bad tackle when even the opposing players today were all evidently freaked out and the atmosphere on the pitch afterwards was palpably grievious.

Nonsense angry

No one has said Shawcross is a murderer but does the fact there was "no intention" make the tackle less horrendous?I don't get what you are on about what when the career of a youngin is in the hang and the only thing you can come up with is this unadulterated balderdash i think you need to go lie down.

When the same team has experienced the nearly the same kind of injures 3 times over a spate of 5 years, don't you think they have a reason to raise eye brow and feel victimized?

Of course it is a fall out of the whole brouhaha,i am sure Chelsea will look back at the summer viz a viz what has become of Terry and regret the signing of the mercenary called Terry.Didn't you notice how Bellamy wanted to have a part of him too duriing the whole melee?Believe me,Bridge did the right thing by refusing turning down the 3 Lions, there will always be a division with his presence.

Totally shattered by that injury to Aaron, the hope of a nation cut down like that just because some people believe the only way to stop us playing is to kick us, I mean we all play football or at the least most of us do and you do know in that fraction of a second when you can potentially injure someone. Shawcross' tears were a bit too late.
Most people downplay the effect of such injuries on players, Diaby took so long to finally realise the initial promise he showed, just maybe the poor lad had a psychological barrier to overcome who knows? Eduardo has yet to recover the courage to fully go for 50-50s and now Ramsey joins the list. The only thing he has going for him is his age and that the injury looks like its on the bigger bones and not close to the joints.
Do get well soon Aaron as I'm sure a lot of Welsh people will cry today, this is one too many and I hope those idiots in the FA will finally do something about this kick Arsenal into submission mentality. 3 such injuries from reckless tackles by opposing players in 5 years involving only Arsenal players is definitely more than a coincidence, they came from confidence gained after a lot of other tackles went unpunished.
The way it is going we may have to tell our lads to dress up like Ice hockey players before any match. It is very painful the way these horror injury happens to only US and in a fairly consistent sequence.I do not want to add to the negative vibes thus i am only goiing to wish Ramsey well. This has to be the first time we will cop an all important victory and i can not celebrate it.

It is shattering really, and i hope the rest of the lads will put it behind them and WIN it for Ramsey.I am copping a jersey with his name and number and i hope the rest of you guys will do the same.Damn i have never been this emotional in a long while.

Anyone has news on what actually happened to Ramsey?

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Stoke City Vs Arsenal [1 - 3] On Saturday, 27th Feb by kaypumpin2(m): 7:33pm On Feb 27, 2010
That is because Stoke consider Nasri and Cesc to be bigger threats than the rookie.
They have not allowed Cesc to get his rhythm in the game at all. . . .Big ups to Stoke for doing that.
I feel he should drop back a lil and exert his influence from the back as against what he's trying to do at the final third.
One thing though,i really do MISS Diaby, his presence, physicality and ability to take on players would have been an added advt.

The only thing is without Delap's throws and set-pieces, Stoke are gash!!!
If Arsenal can minimise the number of throw-ins, corner-kicks n indirect FKs. . . . .Y'all should be good.
The way Stoke closes down their opponents, you can't but conceed those set-pieces as they give you little or no time dwell on the ball and make decisions.

Is Tuncay Sanli on the bench?
If he is. . . .Wenger should start fasting n praying. grin
Of course he is,but he can not do more than RF ATM.I expect Walcott to come decimate these buncha tugs with his pace in the 2nd half.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Stoke City Vs Arsenal [1 - 3] On Saturday, 27th Feb by kaypumpin2(m): 7:23pm On Feb 27, 2010
End of first half. It's been a tight game with the Stoke lads closing down every available space, keeping it tight and waiting for a a break or opportunities to lauch it into the eighteen.

I expect Wenger to tell the lads to stop the tip-tap at the edge of the box and take shots as their defenders are quick to read our passes.I will also expect to see Walcott at some stage as i am sure they will tire out in the 2nd half.

Please lads,let make it count.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Stoke City Vs Arsenal [1 - 3] On Saturday, 27th Feb by kaypumpin2(m): 7:18pm On Feb 27, 2010
Ramsey's influence on the game is more than Nasri and Cesc's contribution.

Clichy said we are up and ready for Delap's throw,i wouldn't be surprised if he becomes the "victim" after the match.

With Chelsea dropping points,it will be utterly delicious and splendid for the lads to capitalize on it,but Brittania is not one of the places we can be sure of the 3 points.I am hoping for a draw, but i PRAY i am proved wrong and we win the match.
