Deuteronomy 6:4 makes it clear, that the Lord our God is one. His name is I AM, not WE ARE! I believe you are already vexed by this truth, but beloved I tell you, God is not three persons.

What did the Lord Jesus Christ tell us about God in John 4:24? He said God is a spirit. Not spirits but spirit, singular. God is Holy, therefore God is non other than the Holy spirit, who fully tabernacles in Christ Jesus and died on the cross.

Here is where the ignorance emanates from, Matthew 28:19 where Jesus asked his disciples to baptize in the name of the Father, and the son and the Holy spirit. Many misunderstand this in thinking that, God is/are three distinct persons, No! The disciples indeed went to baptize, in what name? The name Jesus. The name Jesus is thus the name of the father , the son and the holy spirit.

In heaven, Jesus sits on the throne of God. Jesus Christ is the only true God. A Christian is one who worships Jesus Christ. Ever wondered why, the Holy spirit could only be sent by Jesus after he had ascended? It is because, this same Jesus Christ is that same holy spirit.

Don't believe and follow blindly, I was also brainwashed to believe God is three persons, that is the biggest heresy. Jesus Christ is that same YHWH of the old testament. Jesus Christ is the God Christians are waiting for to come. Jesus Christ is the one who shed his blood for the sins of man. He says in the old testament that, apart from him there is no saviour. Jesus Christ created all things including you.

ABUJA-Respected elder statesman and northern leader, Alhaji Tanko Yakassai has advised governors of the five South-East states of Anambra, Enugu, Imo, Abia and Ebonyi state not to resort to self help but to remain committed to the provisions of the constitution in the management of affairs of their respective states.



The former Presidential aide to President Shehu Shagari gave the advice yesterday while reacting to the ban of cattle movement in the South-East geo-political zone by the governors.
According to Yakassai, every Nigerian is constitutionally empowered to practice his trade in any part of the country, adding that where there are established cases of infractions, the security agencies should be called upon to do the needful.
He said: “The cattle do not move about on their own. There are herders who move them about and these herders are Nigerians. You cannot ask any Nigerian not to go to any part of the country because the constitution guarantees freedom of movement for all.
“If you are asking the Fulani not to move with their cattle, will you also ban commercial drivers who ply various routes linking one part of the country to another?


“South-East leaders particularly elected officials must be careful of their utterances. The laws of the Nigerian state are binding on all. You cannot do anything outside what the constitution says. If you do, you are resorting to self help and that will not augur well for our country.
“Like I said earlier, there is no point banning cattle rearers from moving about with their herds. Where there are established cases of cows eating up crops, there are ways to deal with this and if there are issues bothering on security, we have the security agencies to call upon to do their job.”

BAUCHI, Nigeria (Compass) -- The Bauchi state government in northern Nigeria has threatened to demolish two churches for zoning violations.

An April 28 letter from the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Environment accused the churches -- Deeper Life Bible Church and Spirit Life Assembly International -- of illegally occupying areas "officially designed for residential use," and asked them to close or be demolished. Both churches are located in Bauchi City, the state capital.

The Bauchi state chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) reacted to the threat by accusing the state government of hindering the development and growth of churches and Christian activities.

Rev. Dauda Marafa and Rev. Iliya Hassan, chairman and secretary of CAN, said the threat to the churches has shown a systematic strategy adopted by the state government to persecute Christians since the introduction of "sharia," or Islamic law.

The Christian leaders petitioned the Bauchi State Commissioner for Lands, Housing and Environment to stop the planned demolition of the churches to avert what they called "a quagmire in the state."

In their letter to the commissioner, the CAN officials stated that the two churches had acquired their certificates of occupancy (C of O) from the government in regard to the land where the churches were built.

"That church (Spirit Life Assembly) bought (the land at) No. 5 Corowa Road, Commercial Layout, off Maiduguri by-pass Bauchi -- it is covered by C of O No. 2051," the letter stated.

"It offends our sensibilities that you refer to our churches -- in properties duly acquired by us -- as unlawful activities, when mosques are springing up without proper acquisition of land."

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has described as unfortunate the false Information being circulated that the State Government demolished a Mosque in Port Harcourt, saying that the false report was planted by mischief makers to create disaffection.

Addressing journalists at the location on Biambo Street Off, School Road by Mami Market Junction, near Rainbow Estate on Monday., Governor Wike said there was no Mosque on ground, hence nothing was demolished.

He said: "I received calls from several prominent Nigerians 8on the fake news being circulated online. I have come here with Reporters and you can see there was no Mosque here. "It is most unfortunate that fickle minded persons will claim that a Mosque was demolished at this place, when no Mosque existed here. The story was concocted by mischief makers to score cheap points".

Governor Wike explained that some persons started erecting illegal foundation at the disputed land, even though they had no approval to embark on any construction work. "They came here to erect illegal structure. There was no approval from the State Government for any structure to be erected here.

"The persons who started the foundation had already dragged the State Government to court on the disputed land. The Rivers State Government won the case. What they attempted to do was to start the illegal construction to tie the hands of the State Government ", he said.
The Governor urged the Muslim Community in Rivers State to show him where a Mosque was demolished in the State. He advised them not to allow themselves to be used by politicians to peddle false stories against the Rivers State Government.. Governor Wike said that the State Government operates within the rule of law. He said that the State Government will not be distracted by the illegal circulation of fake reports.

He stated that several Mosques constructed on the approval of the State Government exist across Port Harcourt and other major towns of Rivers State, without the State Government demolishing them. "The government gave them notice not to do anything on.

But they went ahead with the illegal foundation and the relevant agency stopped them.

"Why would want to bring down any Mosque , when there are other Mosques across the State? What is the Special interest on this one?.
