Popular comedian, Basketmouth is not only into comedy, he's also into politics.

The opposition party, PDP, who have been in power for the past 16 years before Nigerians elected them out in the last presidential elections have been nagging on the President, Muhammadu Buhari to get to work instead of blabbing.

PDP are fond of releasing press statements criticizing Buhari and APC, his party.

Basketmouth is one of the Nigerians who's fed up with PDP's rants. The comedian wrote on Instagram

"Can PDP shut the hell up and let Buhari work,you guys were in power for 16yrs.Where did you leave Nigeria.He's only been there for 2months. We voted a president not a magician."

Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi assumed office, of the 350 Megawatts (MW) total capacity generation assets invested by the State, only 70MW (equivalent to about 20 per cent) was available. With enthusiasm, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi ramped up the efficiency to 77 per cent availability including injecting another 360MW Green Field Generation Project at Afam, of which 180MW have been commissioned and is in commercial operation.

“To mitigate the swing in efficiency and its debilitating impact on the economy, the State Government sought private sector operators and sold 70 per cent equity stake in the power generating assets’ company to NG Power HPS. For the transaction, the State Government adopted the same model as the Federal Government in the sale Egbin Power Plant. The sale was at a price per MW higher than all the privatization MW rate done by the Federal Government.

“The proceeds from sale of the equity in the power generating assets’ company was captured as income in the 2014 Appropriation Law and deployed into funding capital projects as appropriated.”

70% was sold and they followed the same FG template. Funds accrued from it was budgeted for and utilised for the betterment of rivers people.

Governor Amaechi's first bill to the State house of Assembly was a bill to save N1billion monthly.

Wike's first bill is to borrow N10billion from Zenith Bank

Not to mention that GEJ transferred N105billion Amaechi used to construct federal roads on the 28th of May, 2015 and the money was received 1st of June 2015 with Wike as Governor.

I'm a PDP supporter but let's call a spade a spade and an axe an axe. There was no election in Rivers state and as such we must allow justice to prevail.
PDP were never smart nor wise enough. Rivers state is a PDP state and off course PDP would have won Rivers hands down even without the massive rigging or blood shed.
If the election is nullified today I bet you wine will find it difficult to defeat the APC without a federal might.
Wines powers and strength was the the federal might. Now he can't control the police or the military and I doubt his chances of defeating the APC in a re-run election.
Let's put sentiment aside and face the reality. APC is now in the centre and anything can happen. Those drumming for war or violence should wine be unseated, I bet you all that nothing will happen.
Let's pray for Gods intervention for Wine but I doubt if God will intervene for him.
