What kind of useless statement is that? By 2023 (which is only 3 years away), there will only be Abuja to Kaduna, Lagos to Ibadan and Itakpe to Warri standard gauge lines completed. This Ibadan to Kano will still be under construction. Out of these 3, Buhari built only Ibadan to Lagos line. Itakpe to Warri had been completed for over 20 years but the stations were not built. Jonathan also completed Kaduna to Abuja lines, and even the stations that were completed under Buhari were fully paid for by Jonathan's government.
So having a standard gauge line from Abuja to Kaduna, Lagos to Kano and Itakpe to Warri means that Nigeria's railway transportation has been completely revitalised? Have you heard of Port Harcourt to Maiduguri rail line?

Can you imagine that Kano that once recorded over 100 cases in one day now records 1 case in a day. That can only be magic. The OP only used 17 and 71 to highlight his point. It's a very complex situation. The young boy is struggling badly with numbers. How do you expect such a person to be able to count money? If he opens a business and people pay him cash for goods, how can he count them? How can he even use calculators when he can't differentiate numbers that look alike?
The issue isn't just that he doesn't know how to do simple addition and subtraction. That can be dealt with by calculators. Failing to appreciate numbers at that age is a serious learning difficulty.

You don't need to have labs in a state to confirm positive cases in that state. Samples are sent for analysis in the labs in neighbouring states. The first Kano cases were confirmed in Abuja.

Oga, groups run by Nnamdi Kanu are IPOB group. It's just like referring to Arewa Group, assuming they have online groups. No sane Yoruba should find himself in Nnamdi Kanu's Group, just like no sane Igbo would find himself in Arewa Group. In such homogeneous groups, they can say whatever they want about other people, it won't matter because such people don't belong to them.
