The US for example has nearly 600k cases so far and over 23k deaths from a population of well over 300 million. That's to show that it doesn't kill everybody. I have friends and colleagues who earlier tested positive and had some symptoms but they are totally fine now. Some people don't even develop any symptoms.

Why do people recover? Because their natural defence mechanism eliminates the virus. The body naturally heals itself and wards off infectious agents unless it gets overwhelmed.

You also need to note that over 80% of people who test positive to COVID-19 have no or mild symptoms and recover within one week. Those are likely the kind of cases being discharged from Lagos isolation centres every day. In the UK for example, some of those people with no or mild symptoms don't even get tested. They are asked to self isolate and call emergency numbers if their symptoms progress or worsen.

It's not a big deal. I started primary 1 at 4 years of age and finished at 10 years. I finished secondary school at 16, which wasn't necessarily too fast in my days, as there were many who also finished at 16. You guys keep throwing words around without thinking about the meaning. Do you know the meaning of 'most'? 'Most' definitely signifies more than half, at least 70%. If most Nigerians have COVID-19, that means more than140 million Nigerians have been infected so far. Even the total number of cases globally isn't anything close to 10 million (that's assuming that there are many infected people that were not captured in the various countries battling the pandemic at the moment). How then could over 100 million Nigerians have been infected so far?

People don't just get tested without symptoms. Majority of people who get tested had symptoms or had close contact with people who tested positive. Infact, the UK doesn't even test people with mild symptoms yet.

I also need to remind you that over 80% of people who test positive have only mild symptoms and most recover without hospital admission. How then do you confidently say that people get the virus through testing? What causes the symptoms they have that make them get tested in the first place? Some people even get admitted for other conditions like heart attack only to be confirmed positive because of symptoms like fever and diarrhoea. Is it also the test that gave them the virus?

There are different conspiracy theories over this COVID-19, but what you're peddling makes no sense.

Nigeria is very lucky with this virus. If it weren’t for our weather, sun, and malaria, Buhari and all those people Kyari met will have corona right now and half of Nigeria will already be dead!

Testing is not sufficient in Nigeria, so actual figures is obviously much more than what is quoted. I have heard reports of several people who called NCDC to get tested but could never get it done. So far, Nigeria has tested less than 500 people.
Anyway, I am strongly believing that something about Nigeria will make it difficult for people to come down with severe disease, thereby reducing mortality rate. Some countries have much better case fatality rate than others. An example is Germany especially when you compare it to Italy or Spain.
