Up to this point, graduates from outside the European Union/European Economic Area were entitled to stay and work in Ireland for up to 12 months after graduation. But under the recently announced expansion of the programme, this term has now been extended to 24 months for those completing recognized degrees at either Level 9 (master’s degree or post-graduate diploma) or Level 10 (doctoral degree) of the Irish National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ). A notice on the Education in Ireland website confirms that, “This will allow eligible graduates who have studied in Irish higher education institutions and whose award is granted by a recognized Irish awarding body at masters or PhD level to remain in Ireland for two years to seek employment.”

By converting your GPA to percentage. I can do it for you here but I want you to learn how to do it yourself. Use Google if necessary.

Also note that many universities refer to GPA of your last two years of study, that’s is 300 and 400 level if you did a four year course. You will need your transcript or results to be able to calculate this more accurately.

You don't have to pay for a new SEVIS if it's still less than a year. SEVIS only expires after 1-yr. Since you got a new number, just go ahead online and do a transfer to the new one.
