Most of the posts in the Religion Section are made by Atheists and I start to wonder why they care so much about something that doesn't exist, Isn't that a huge irony?

Firstly, Just take a snapshot of the religion section and tell me if 80% of posts there were not created by non-atheists.
Secondly, that it is called Religion section means everything with the slightest hint of Religion falls under its umbrella both pro and counter religious beliefs and doctrines, hence the presence of ATR practitioners, Atheists, Christians, Deists, Muslims e.t.c

I only see Number 1 as worthy of a single response from me, the others are a waste of my time.

Firstly, NOUN accredited banks will only accept payments between 13k and 53k. Secondly, course registration, exam registration, project fee and tuition fee are paid the same way which can be in bulk sum or in installments. Do well to keep your deposit slip and Bank print out after any payment.

I abandoned my PGD course that is nearing completion. I have taken all prescribed courses, written and passed all the exams that will have graduated me with a PGD in Criminology and Security Studies. But due to some personal reasons- including a change of job schedule I couldn't meet up to write my final year project. This is three years now. But up till now my portal is still active with all my results on it. Can I resume and complete my study. What do I do? My centre is Port Harcourt. Thanks.

Open University is flexible. You study at your pace and do your exam at your pace. The process in OPEN UNIVERSITY is self-study or self-tutor by the guidance of your course material which is very self explanatory.

With a B.Eng in Electrical you are good to go! Good luck in your choice!

How Do science course Msc students carry out their practical lectures with their lecturers?

For those in the health sciences(e.g Nursing) NOUN organises certain periods for practicals for them, meanwhile only Msc programme in the Sciences I am aware of is Info Tech where you will come to face programming and scripting language. All of the research and work will be done by you on your laptop. No one is going to breastfeed you practicals a.k.a programming/scripting in an Msc programme. Get to the study center for more info.

As for the past questions, you need to find fellow PGD Business Administration scholars like you and interact with them. Don't stay alone or else you might miss important info. The tuition fees + course registration+exam registration is paid per semester and ranges from 60k to 82k depending on the academic programme you are running.

Tuition fee+Course registration fee can be paid first while exam registration fee can be paid later on. This further breaks down your payment into instalments which is convenient for some who might not have the total money in bulk.

NOUN is flexible. You can still proceed to do your screening and register your courses for the appropriate semester but you'll need to sort that misplaced bank teller issue first. Proceed to the study centre you chose and sort yourself out.
