Cybercafe is so last century ! Internet is cheap these days especially with the advent of smart phones and the price slashing of data bundles . Some of us even have those 3 in 1 printers (Scanner,Photocopy and Printing) at home so why would one still need a cybercafe.

There's nothing to look into here. Most of the parastatals generate their own funds in which they use in paying their staff while most ministries depend on the FG for funds which is limited.

FRSC, NCC, NNPC e.t.c are all revenue generating agencies. Let's take two examples of how funds are generated with the above listed agencies :
1. FRSC: Driver's License, Plate numbers, Traffice offenders e.t.c

2. NCC: Fines paid by defaulting Telecomms companies, Radio station frequency allocations e.t.c and some other communication stuffs I am not even aware of.
