1. You mean Germany was retreating, Japan wasn’t surrendering. We both know Hiroshima and Nagasaki (major industrial hub for weapons)was nuked so where else were they retreating to

2. Ukraine inherited the second highest nuclear head from the Soviet Union so what else were they looking for

3. No country, i repeat no country can easily put Russia off-the pictures. Their ways is of war itself, right from time memorial. The only soul who came close was ghengis-khan
