Age is not an impediment to a relationship. What matter in a relationship is love and mutual understanding. Hmm.
This guys are finally realizing that Covid is not going anywhere too soon. We have allowed it to fester when we could have either locked our country earlier, or do massive contact tracing and testing in the first two weeks of the initial lockdown
Who locks down and starts doing 300 tests per day in a nation of over 200m?
Well, we didnt have labs that can conduct the tests which is a attestation to the rot in our health sector.
The increase in reported covid cases is simply as a result of increased testing. If we are able to do 20,000 tests a day in lagos, we will definitely have over 5000 new cases daily.

By the way, its not a death sentence. Case fatality ratio is quite low. So dont expect people to start dropping dead by the road. And i think nigerians are rugged.

A man called Cargo from Rumuji Odegu in Emohua local government area of Rivers State, who specializes in the production of coffin has given his wife a severe machete cut as a result of a brief arguments. The argument according to an eyewitness who did not want his name to be mentioned said it all started when the wife demanded for money to buy food stuff. As at the time of filling this report the wife is down and so we've not heard from her since the husband is on the run

There are many safe Estate in Port Harcourt, but I can't tell how much per anum because it all depends on the part of the city. But security is guaranteed

If you want to get your faith back, you need to join a Bible study group. It doesn't have to be from your church, just a serious non church study group that meets periodically.

If you want to discover more about the non Christian way, watch The Atheist Experience on YouTube.

I think you you should mind what occupies your time always, perhaps phone, job hunting, relationship etc all these defile a man when not properly guided.
Be careful of what you consume online many of them are not edifying to our spiritual lives e.g romance in nairaland, pornograph etc
In the church where you worship get closer to brethren that will help build you up in faith. Never mingle often with church goers- they abound.
Secretly build your prayer life, study and meditate on the word. Have a place of serious prayer and studying the word, morning, afternoon and night.

I suggest you join a unit in your Church once this lock down is over

Secondly, try and put a goal of how many chapters of the Bible you want to study daily and try and meet the goals.

Good day fellow NL, how is the lock down is your part of Nigeria. Hope you're all getting along.
A brother needs help /advice. I decided to bring this issue here because I there there are well meaning Nigerians out the who who has useful knowledge to contribute to or impact to my plight.

I am a man in my twenties, born and brough up in a Christian family. My parents are godly and as such impacted the right morals in me. after my secondary school, I decided to move to the city to learn a trade, a hand work. I've learned the work and currently currently excelling in the work. Ever since I started living an independent life, I've never been spiritually stable. My spirituality is wavering.
To cut the story short I hardly engage myself in Christian activities, the worse of it is that I don't even pray to God again. I think I'm going astray spiritually, I'm lacking behind. I don't want to blame anyone for backslide. What's your advice

Have you ever wondered, how much is my share in the twenty one billion naira the European Union gave the Nigerian govt as a way of assistance to alleviate the the effect of the lock down caused by Covid19?
First of all , ask yourself; how many are we in Nigeria?

The current population of Nigeria is 204,884,086 as of Monday, April 6, 2020, based on Worldometer elaboration of the latest United Nations data. Nigeria 2020 population is estimated at 206,139,589 people at mid year according to UN data. Nigeria population is equivalent to 2.64% of the total world population.

With the above data is clear that if we approximate the population to be two million people, it then mean that each of us is entitled to receive about #105 (one hundred and five Naira).

There are insinuation that anyone with more than #5,000 in his/her bank account is not entitled to receive the money. Why kill myself over what I'm above.

A zebra at the Chyulu Hills National Park in Kenya has given birth to a “zonkey”, a hybrid between the black-and-white striped animal and a donkey.

Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (SWT), an animal rescue and rehab organization, broke the news in a press release after it examined the foal only to discover it was a zebra-donkey hybrid.

It was gathered that the mother zebra had earlier strayed out of Kenya’s Tsavo East National Park into a community where she became acquainted with a local cattle herd.

The “zonkey” combines the sturdy body of a donkey alongside the striped legs of its zebra mother, leaving tourists marveling at a “highly unusual” creature.

“Working with wildlife, one learns to expect the unexpected. Even the most seemingly straightforward story can eventually reveal its true stripes and surprise us all,” SWT wrote.

“Last year, our SWT/KWS Tsavo Vet Unit moved a wayward female zebra from community land back to a protected area. It was an uneventful translocation and the zebra has been loving life since.

“We did, however, have quite the surprise recently, with the appearance of a baby zonkey, a hybrid between a zebra and a donkey, by her side.

“While it (the zonkey) should otherwise lead a normal life, zonkeys are mules, meaning that it will be unable to successfully breed once it reaches maturity.”

SWT also expressed concerns about the breeding prospects of the hybrid, stating the the zonkey is thriving alongside its mother and would be released when it’s time to set orphans free.

“Mum and baby are thriving. Their new home is in an area that isn’t plagued by heavy predation and thanks to the lush conditions, water and grass plentiful,” SWT added.

“We’ve raised many orphaned zebras. In time, we will add to this pair when it’s time to release any zebra orphans, while this unusual pair wait for some wild zebra’s to discover them both.”
