Your advice is invaluable, thanks. But from his words I was told he has lost his trust in me, how do I restore the long built reputation donbachi: |
frozen70:Thanks for your advice, truth be told, my dad is too strict. I don't know how to stand him and explain myself |
SweetCunt97:Yeah, the room has been locked up until now, because my little nephew wants to be staying in the room since I've not been home |
Hello fellow NL, thank God it's Friday. Happy weekend to everyone. I grew up in a family where my dad is seem to be *STINGY*, he finds it difficult to render financial assistance to us his children, except providing the the necessary feeding in the house. He sales bicycle spare parts and I happened to be the closest of all of the children. I removed few spare parts which I sold to some customers unknown to him, just to assist my self . In 2009,he sent me to the city to learn a trade where I lived with my boss , which to me seem to be near hell since I hardly feed. To cut the story short, the few goods I removed from His goods were what helped me each time I'm at home, I sell them within #500 to #1000 to help assist me in feeding and other minor expenses as an apprentice. Until I completed the work and left my boss in 2011, few goods (of not more than #3000) were left in my room . Just yesterday, my little nephew who had no knowledge of the goods was cleaning up the room and saw the goods and sent them to my dad. I don't know how to defend myself, because one of my brother told me he reported to him that I stole his goods. The age long relationship and reputation I've built with him is about to end . How do I explain the source of the goods, what will I tell him because he is waiting for me to come home and explain the owner of the goods found in my room |

A Nigerian doctor identified as @drpenking on Twitter has narrated how an eight months pregnant woman who had a confrontation with her husband today July 1, chopped off his manhood. The young man disclosed that the pregnant lady chopped off her husband’s manhood after their quarrel got physical. The doctor reiterated that domestic violence goes both ways. He tweeted: “An 8 month pregnant wife had a little quarrel with her husband this morning which got physical. She grabbed a kitchen knife and amputated the man’s penis. When next you want to advocate against domestic violence, remember that it can be both ways. (Viewers Discretion Advised)” |
Who else noticed that the man was rumoured dead, which is far from the above headline |
Carson110:Are you for real, no kidding please |

The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has warned commercial sex workers operating in the territory to respect all the COVID-19 protocols especially the 10 pm to 4 am curfew, noting that they are not on the exemption list of workers on essential duties. The Administration also warned operators of nightclubs, bars, and gardens across the city not to open for business until the COVID-19 restriction order is lifted. Chairman of the FCT Ministerial Enforcement Taskforce team on COVID-19 Restrictions, Ikharo Attah handed down the warning at the weekend when the team went round Kubwa, Gwarinpa, and Wuse to monitor the level of compliance by operators. Addressing journalists after the operation, Attah noted that, “the ban on nightclubs, parks, and bars is yet to be lifted hence the need for us to sustain routine inspection and ensure compliance. We believe that if we relax too much, with the number of positive Covid-19 cases on the rise it would not be good for the city.” More at http://l.?u=http%3A%2F%2Fow.ly%2FqlUx50AdAtW&h=AT3wueDHl5ee0DfHfJMuu-H5hkEQ3EPhMVhXMQ506GJeaEy8IFHyevE9SoRsjkvAOv8J8ykqY-dghaABmKd5K7d-pRlvBMb-Bns0Zy05ykqQRL2ChEPe4muVsYCx7d2UcdnRMXitjw |
The skin secrets waste plus the dirt on the skin layer coupled with the skin, accepted, but why is it that after taking our bath and believing we are neat, we still discover that our towels become dirty after several usage Freestainworld: |
Simplyleo:Not really stupid for having such thought, we learn everyday of our lives |
Sabby1:Don't you think in either way, if you keep scrubbing the body with a sponge, one may look tiny and little as the days go |
Have you ever wondered? What makes the towel dirty. It is believed that after taking our birth, we are assumed to be neat, one would ask, why do our towels become dirty after several usage? Are we gradually reducing to dust? |
Onyi22:Note say *don't be *deceived* not don't be deceive *, think with ur head not ur anus |
Fellow NL, I bring you greetings. I've been having misunderstanding with my date these days because I'm not calling her as I used to. I minimized the number of times I call her per day because I felt I'm wasting resources, not because I've found another person. But she keeps saying that I did that because I've possibly found another girl, though I tried to let her see my reasons which she accepted. But why is it that in Nigeria, once the man stops calling, it is assumed she is tired of the relationship? (though I know some women call) . To the ladies in the house why do you feel that ur man is tired of being in the relationship once he stops calling? |
BrainEya:Go ahead |

Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole (born 4 April 1952) is a former labor leader, turned politician who 2012 was elected for a second term as the Governor of Edo State in Nigeria on the platform of the Action Congress . His first term was won following his court appeal to the results of a massively rigged April 2007 election in which the candidate of the ruling People's Democratic Party Oserheimen Osunbor had initially been declared the winner. He assumed office on 12 November 2008 after winning the appeal. Oshiomhole was formerly president of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), and was prominent as the leader of a campaign of industrial action against high oil prices in Nigeria. Background Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole was born on 4 April 1952 at Iyamho, near Auchi in Edo State. He was born Muslim but was led to Christianity by his late wife Clara who died of cancer aged 54. He is Catholic and his Christian name is Eric. After his secondary education, he obtained a job with the Arewa Textiles Company, where he was elected union secretary. He became a full-time trade union organizer in 1975. He then studied at Ruskin College, Oxford in the United Kingdom where he majored in economics and industrial relations. He also attended the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru. In May 2015 he married a young model called Lara Fortes Labor leader In 1982, Adams Oshiomhole was appointed General Secretary of the National Union of Textile Garment and Tailoring Workers of Nigeria, a union with over 75,000 workers. After democracy was restored in 1999, he became president of the Nigerian Labour Congress. Early in the administration of President Olusegun Obasanjo he negotiated a 25% wage increase for public sector workers. In return he publicly supported Obasanjo and endorsed his candidacy when he was re-elected in 2003. The Textile union elected Oshiomhole for a second term as General Secretary, while he continued as president of the NLC. The relationship with Obasanjo turned sour as neglect of local oil refineries led to reliance on imported gasoline, followed by rises in the price of fuel. Oshiomhole led strikes and demonstrations against the increases. He faced arrests, tear gas and temporary blockades of union offices, and Obasanjo introduced legislation to make it more difficult for the NLC to strike. The NLC alleges that on 9 October 2004 Oshiomhole was abducted by State Security Services during a protest, but the Nigerian government say he submitted to voluntary custody. Oshiomhole represented African Workers for two terms on the Governing Body of the International Labour Organisation (ILO), serving on the committee on Freedom of Association. He was also a member of the Executive Board of the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions. Edo State Governor In April 2007, Adams Oshiomhole ran for Governor of Edo State under the Action Congress Party, with which his Labour Party had entered a strategic alliance. Oserheimen Osunbor of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) was declared the winner. However, the AC contested the election on the basis of various irregularities. On 20 March 2008, an Edo State election tribunal nullified the election of Oserheimen Osunbor and declared Oshiomhole the winner. On 11 November 2008, a federal Appeal Court sitting in Benin City upheld the ruling of the state's elections petitions tribunal, declaring Oshiomole to be the Governor of Edo State. The decision was based on several voting irregularities. In 2012, he was elected to a second term, winning the elections in a massive landslide. ended his tenure on November 12 2016
