I think the Roots fella is doing a social experiment? Hard to understand what he's doing. Typically I don't get too deep into these things but I can give an estimate of 51-57 for Azimio and 42-49 for KK, barring a massive change in the political landscape. 55 days is a very long time in politics anything can happen. We live in the same environments but perceive reality differently.

My own analysis broadly tallies with rvp's. Where are your figures from?

I used to like Raila Odinga, in opposition fighting for the rights of Kenyans and keeping the government in check. Now he is in bed with the deep state, I am terrified of the consequences. I will vote Ruto for fear of the alternative and a real change of the ruling class.

My goodness! Rmbr the aflatoxin maize story in '09? Kenya Bureau of Standards found a consignment of SA maize infected with aflatoxin. RAO had the MD Kioko wa Mangeli sacked and imported it anyway.

Mang’eli’s tiff with Odinga was centred on the importation of some 6,350 metric tonnes of maize from South Africa in 2009.

Raila blamed KeBS for declaring the consignment unfit for human consumption.
https://www.kenyans.co.ke/news/42499-day-top-govt-boss-was-sacked-fighting-raila/url]

Since then cancers have spiked.

While seemingly harmless, consumption of maize can be dangerous in this part of the world. Kenya is one of the world’s hotspots for aflatoxins. Poisonous levels of aflatoxins have reportedly killed at least 157 people in Kenya and the overconsumption of maize is also contributing to the country’s growing burden of cancer.

https://www.devex.com/news/kenyans-love-maize-but-aflatoxins-are-making-it-dangerous-96279

Tbh, it's difficult to quantify his exact measure of responsibility but he can't escape it as he bulldozed the decision to knowingly import infected maize.

Believe is a strong word.

Look at their 2013 polls. I swear it was pure comedy! Early 2013 they had Uhunye/Rao at 39% to 51%! I specifically rmbr Ambitho had Muranga giving RAO a whole 30 % not 20 or even 13 % but 30 ; I can't find the breakdown right now! If that's not BET Kings of Comedy special scriptwriting I don't know what is.

Alright bro, we'll see. In my view it all hinges on Martha's effect. If the undecided voters go her way the Azimio camp will easily garner 60 %. If not then there will be a runoff. I just cant see how Ruto will win, honestly. Lets wait and see. wink

ATI WHAT!? Do you know who Martha is? Anyone from Kirinyaga county can tell you. The problem with SM is that those spaces tend to reinforce the beliefs of their members. Here's the real deal on Martha.
She lost to Waiguru in 2017 fair and square- anyone from Kirinyaga can tell you so: 3 different people told me.
She petitioned and lost and went to the High Court. It wss dismissed and she went to the Supreme Court- and LOST!?

"Supreme Court Dismisses Karua’s Election Petition"
https://www.kenyanews.go.ke/supreme-court-dismisses-karuas-election-petition/

She went to the EACJ same result.

"Appellate Court upholds the decision of the Trial Court in Martha Karua’s electoral dispute"

Is this the MENTALITY you want in ANY leader? Frankly her refusal to accept the obvious may indicate narcissism, the LAST trait you want in any leader on any level.

I'm a logical person. In everything I do observe and apply logic. Fyi, 2 different substance abuse counsellors independently told me the same as I recently staged an intervention for a nephew -loooon story!
Applying logic, we'll see how the budget breaks
down per capita into acquisitions, pay, welfare, pension ,base construction & maintenance and other defence budget line items.

Country Budget Personnel per capita spend

Algeria 9.1 bn $ 130000 70000 $

Morocco 5.3 bn $ 200000 26500 $

Egypt 5.1 bn $ 450000 IMPOSSIBLE!

They must have extrabudgetary support. Hmmmm...I thought so. They've been getting 1.5 bn $ annually since 87 from the US to be spent strictly on their own platforms. Where do all their MI A1s, F 16s, Apaches, 130s and even E 2s come from?

GASSSPP!? Look at this:
Informed Egyptian sources have revealed specific information and exclusive details about vast secret funds controlled by the Egyptian military institution as part of its financial assets, which are not subject to any sort of supervision. These funds are not included in the general budget of the state or even the armed forces' budget, not least because a large part is kept outside Egypt.
[urlhttps://www.middleeastmonitor.com/20210625-egyptian-army-controls-secret-funds-report-finds//url]

Makes sense when you see the secret armed forces account was worth almost 20 bn $ a decade ago.

Nigeria 4.46 bn $ 223000 20000 $

South Africa 3.2 bn $ 73000 43000$

Kenya 1.1 bn $ 30000 370000 $

These are the facts!

For your own sake outgrow this homotional attitude that makes you cry and throw things when confronted with reality. You're still young and it'll bite you in the arse as you screech, "Oyinbos, Chinese, Arabs are finishing me!"

Think:
- whose army does divisional level live firexes every couple of months?
- whose ordinary infantry guys are so well kitted Naijjans themselves ask if they're specops?
ITS THE BUDGET! Don't get mad.

Well depends in my opinion

In contested air space (peer to peer conflicts) standalone, ucavs will/might struggle but it doesn't not mean that they won't be effective at all bec as usual tactics , support elements etc will play a role to determine effectiveness

But as part of a composite group with manned assets effectiveness will be more imo , ie manned unmanned grouping will enable them to draw from the strengths of each other

Though with time into future as ucavs start leveraging new technologies like ability to operate autonomously, self aware AI enabled swarming etc their capabilities will to an extent rival those of manned aircrafts , but not replace imo

At tactical level man portable drones r welcomed asset they provide a vertical envelop to the infantry previously not available

That's why there's plans for an unmanned Terminator. Some yrs ago the Russians had plans to experiment inducting them with tank units but Idk more.

The man who pointed at the sun! Kikuyus used to say," NEVER point at the sun!" For obvious reasons, DUNHHH.
Anyway I've noticed in a few Zelensky vids he appears hyper: rapid talking, slight panting and if you're on a tab or a good phone you'll notice his pupils are dilated. In the West these are common signs of cocaine high.
It seems a vid exists of him in his pre prez days praising Charlie!

Doubtlessly the use of which hugely (mis) informed his decision to take on Russia. It's been said, " chose your battles wisely," with good reason.
When Medvedev advised J/Uke leaders to stop using White Stuff and negotiate with Putin he should've been taken srsly.

Edit: false confidence, enormous false confidence is another major tell. I've seen a 5'4" dude built like Cameron Diaz threaten a 6'6" bouncer . I've stories for dayyyys but NEVER mind!

Btw,this will increase the urbanisation of Mwea massively! There's a place I passed by recently on the Sagana highway and was shocked-last time I was there was maybe 2006 or 07. Nice Digital City. 3 star hotel, gas station, gyms and restaurants all built off Thiba irrigation scheme,or rather the rice harvest. They began processing the rice and moved into hospitality: iow an urban area was developed off of the rice biz, leveraging off harvesting, selling, trading, transporting and packaging of rice.

https://www.the-star.co.ke/counties/central/2021-08-30-state-declares-mwea-irrigation-scheme-a-success-story/

Expect the entire area of Mwea to be a mini Kitengela, soon to be a municipality in 5 years!

Edit:
https://www.strabag-international.com/databases/internet/_public/content30.nsf/web30?Openagent&id=3D52CCF6183E7DF9C12581BF003D6CE0#:~:text=The%2040%20m%20tall%20and,in%20the%20surrounding%20cultivable%20area.

Just remembered a dam of that size makes commercial cage farming of tilapia, black bass, catfish and carp very very viable!

THE DAM IS NOW OPERATIONAL!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ca52p28SMKI

The project is expected to increase the area under irrigation from 25,000 acres to 35,000 acres of rice crop per season.

This will be coupled with the introduction of double-cropping, which will put 70,000 acres of crop under irrigation every year, a move that will see rice production increase from 114,000 to 200,000 metric tons.
https://www.standardmedia.co.ke/central/article/2001447763/thiba-dam-delivered-on-budget-begins-pumping-water-to-mwea

“The double cropping brought about by this project means more income in the local economy from Sh10 billion to Sh16 billion in a year, and will create additional 100,000 jobs leading to a cumulative 350,000 jobs a year,” said Wakahiu.

This project will urbanise Mwea within a half decade as I predicted. Fyi Waffas, agriculture has indirectly urbanised much of Kenya: sugarcane farming grew towns like Mumias,Webuye,Bungoma,Muhoroni and others in the old days.

Today a look at cost implications. Everybody wants to be a sniper! Every poster secretly dreams of shooting bad guys as easily as a gamer-not quite so easy in real life but lets start with the price. The Barret M 82 A 1,the grandaddy of .50s starts at 9000+ $. Accuracy International .338 lapua magnum begins at 10000$ new.
Ofc,bulk buys or can reduce the price but assume these as baseline.

Estimated New and Used Values for a Accuracy International AX338

Values are based on a basic model with no options or colors.

Condition Trade-In Private Party Dealer
New In box $7,181.95 $9,391.78 $11,049.15
https://www.guncritic.com/product/accuracy-international-ax338/

Once you have the gun you need the glass which can cost 50% of the platform price! You'd be lucky to pay 1500$ but twice is possible, especially with the German Schmidt & Bender or Leupolds which can reach 5000 $. The ammo is another cost-you'll be shooting match grade not normal bullets. .50 BMG match starts at 5 $ a pop wholesale with .338 lap mag twice that. Rmbr,a sniper will shoot thousands of rounds yearly to attain and retain his skill.
Which is why we NEVER see Barrets at the platoon level even with the USMC!

Northern Ghana

Really,nigga!?

Tamale is one of the largest and fastest growing cities in Ghana. It is the capital of the Northern Region and home to about 360,000 people. Yet 7 out of 10 residents defecate in the open—a poor sanitation practice where people excrete in open public spaces and not into a designated toilet.

Ghana is ranked second in Africa in open defecation—after Sudan—with 19 percent of the population resorting to extremely bad sanitation practices., At the country level, Northern Region is second-to-last in the practice of open defecation in the whole country. Only 5 percent out of the total population of Tamale have toilet facilities in their homes whereas 13 percent of the population are committed to the use of the facilities.

https://www.myjoyonline.com/unicef-dutch-government-help-tamale-residents-fix-toilet-at-homes/

“Voluntary compliance of residents within the Tamale Metropolis to build their own toilet is key to achieving the open defecation-free agenda. The Netherlands government is committed to supporting Ghana on this journey”, said Ron Strikker, Dutch Ambassador to Ghana who was visiting Tamale to see the impact it was having on lives.

They were meant for S.Sudan, Then the ship got hijacked by Somali Pirates back then, then the ships manifest was revealed to everyone by the pirates and it became an international incident...
With Kenya risking being exposed for breaking an amrs embargo that had been put in place by the US on Sudan for supporting Bin Laden and Alqaeda , Kenya had to save face by pretending publicly that the tanks were meant for Kenya and not S.Sudan...
So long story short, The tanks got stuck with us or is it we got stuck with the tanks ?

The funny thing though is that the CIA knew that we were secretely facilitating the arming of SPLM (the CIA even participated in the training of SPLM on how to use these weapons) to enebale them defend themselves against khatoum govt in the fight for self rule but when it was exposed by pirates, the US threw Kenya under the bus, their state department was even considering sanctions against Kenya and Ukraine... But the US Congress investigation is what revealed the truth about US involvement, and in the end they had no choice but to develop selective amnesia and forget the whole thing.

Fyi, an insider informed me there were 2 crews involved in the MV Faina hijack incident- one who took down the ship and another Somali gang who controlled the entire process after the 1st team departed.

https://youtu.be/i9i47sgi-V4

How a mere 10% cost inflation can cost 10x down the line. Everyone should watch it TWICE! Saffas, with their developed arms industry, Naijjans and Kenyans who've begun building MRAPs and small arms will all find relevant info.
The vid is about Russian corruption but this ishyt happens ALL OVER,though tbh it was perhaps worst at the breakup of the FSU: Lord of War type f'ery where armour and gunships walked off bases actually happened to the tune of 30 bn $ worth in 1990 dollars, today easily TWICE that.
Someone close to me was once a mid-level player at one of the biggest US arms makers and told me HALF their time was spent meeting ethical checks and balances instead of designing new systems !
So when Rummie says trillions of dollars are missing from the DoD ( btw, whatever happened?) its the Highest echelons of the Global Elite responsible.
Edit: turn of the T.V., ignore the 'Gram and SM as you watch with a pen and paper to take notes!

The Russian Tactical Group on paper is tailor made for warfighting. Basically a battalion size combined arms unit acting as the spearpoint of the parent brigade.

Throughout the Cold War, the Soviets tried different combinations of forces in an effort to create an optimum Combined Arms Battalion, or Battalion Tactical Group in the Russian parlance. It had to be lethal, yet not too large, capable of acting independently for a period of days, and able to fight combined effectively.
https://rusi.org/explore-our-research/publications/commentary/getting-know-russian-battalion-tactical-group

it seems they'll be a permanent fixture of all ground formations. Lester Grau who wrote the Russian combat experience in the A'stan I referenced earlier has a good analysis.

The anger and wailing on the Russki telegram channels was real enough. 2 BTGs, T-72s, T-80s, BMPs, MT-LBs etc destroyed on 2 attempts at bridging due to incompetence.

There was a Brit who had a photo analysis of the incident: yes,it was an arse kicking, but he said judging from lack of visible penetration or close arty impact some of the vehicles may have been destroyed to prevent capture. He therefore put their KIA at 80 max. I've searched high and low but can't find his writeup now.
Anyway the J/Ukes ofc know the dangers of Russian river crossings.
General von Mellenthin speaks of this in his book Panzer Battles when he says that any Soviet river crossing must be attacked immediately with whatever the defender has; any delay brings more and more Soviet soldiers swimming, wading or floating across. They reinforce success no matter what.

I can't find anything on price but a similar amphibious UGV,the Warthog seen here goes for 200k$ so we can assume a similar cost. I'd add an acoustic gunfire detection system using it to draw enemy fire.
Question: where would you place these UGVs for max effect? A platoon of 4 or 5 with the battalion support/heavy weapons coy or a section of 2 with every coy?
Everyone, give us your choice with reasons: Lurker4long,you know I'm waiting!

Saruni camp Samburu

Was in Msa recently and will return this week. Am researching smth. On the way back I passed by Ziwani camp, Tsavo....WOOOOO! I see the quality of our tourism product:
- the training level; fyi Utalii tourism training school is world-class with graduates everywhere from Dubai to the Bahamas and NYC
-the undeniable expertise that has designed our hotels and lodges making each establishment unique unlike brick and mortar cookie cutter simplicity in other places
- the variety of beach and savannah safari isn't offered in WA
These MOFOS being completely clueless will now unveil Obudu cattle ranch for the 952st time to compare. Like a Probox challenging a Rolls!?

4 yrs out of date! Also they're using PPP instead of per capita income in dollars which is a more straightforward comparison.

Brother.... As a newbie in this chamber, you need to think.

Do your Research then come clear.

Nairobi's GDP per capita is USD 6300.
Nyandarua is the highest with USD 6900

All those two are better than Nigeria's per capita.

There's little information on the order and it's links to freemasonry but seeing the likes of the Queen, Mandela and other political figures told me something ain't right. And i know they'll try and pass it off as a religious order but just like the Jesuits (the whole Catholic church itself) there's more than meets the eye.

Forgot to mention: in the West Masonry CONTROLS EVERYTHING! The police, courts, media, medical field -EVERYTHING!
Here are some US cop insignias. Some say the Euroyal owners of the drug gangs are tied in with Masonic orders controlling the cops. Or maybe the Hollywood stories of small time corner boys growing stealthily under the radar til they independently move tons of powder is TRUE!
