I4 engine of 2010 should be 2ar. Need to check again.
Both should be using 13pin gear box.

V6 will always consume more fuel expecially city driving.
The gear of of the 2gr V6 should be 22pin

I'll advice you immediately quit your former job to avoid issues that touch. You won't die cos of 4mnts without salary. Find a way to source money for your upkeep during the probation period. It Is better safe than sorry.
