I find it shocking that people here are saying that the houses in gbagada is around 800k -1m for a room and parlor self contained. I’ll definitely be asking the egbon again maybe I didn’t hear him well when he told me 250k.

Also for the people who have indicated interest to cohabit with me in the house ,I have had numerous mentions and PM sent to me even though I don’t have access to my nairaland email anymore. I’d like to say that I don’t think that’ll be possible anymore .

Even though I had it in mind to just help someone but the advices given here has made me have a rethink and also the insecurity in naija now so therefore I think I’ll acclimatize myself to the new environment alone.

I’ll be moving into this make sense apartment around gbagada , it’s a room and parlor apartment for 250k.

I didn’t need to buy anything into the house , as the plug that gave me the apartment just collected small money from me for all the stuffs in the apartment, he just left the country last week and handed over the keys to the apartment to me.

My fear now is the area is too quiet , I mean the type of area where people aren’t allowed from outside unless they call whoever they want to come and meet.

If you’d like to stay with me in the apartment, must be working class please and responsible. Males only aged between 23-28. No smoking or drinking in the apartment or i chase you out and give you your money

1. I have removed bread , yam and meat from my diet ,this foods are too expensive, I now eat panla fish because it's cheaper and more nutritious.

2. I use my car to carry passnegers whenever am going to and fro work, this is something I have never done but l thanks to the lifeless cow in power , the little money made I use in buying fuel.

3. I cut my girlfriends, sidechicks, friends with benefits from 7 to just 3, make I for dey see food chop . They are a drain on my meagre resources.

4. I only bath once a day to avoid wasting money for soap, I only shower at night.

5. They are alot of things I have cut, time will not permit me to write it all, all in all Sha it won't be well with people that put this country in this quagmire
