3. also HTC drivers
4. download the exact OTA file or RUU for his fone
5. connect the fone to d pc n run the RUU setup file by rite cliking n run as administrator
6. follow the instructions
7. be patient till it completes

dere r other complex metheds to also salvage this but i'd advice he goes tru HTC DESIRE HD forum on xda site very well before delving into those processes such as using the command prompt.

Hello All
I got a friend who has an HTC DESIRE HD. He tried to upgrade the OS but the process wasn't completed (i suspect due to insufficient data). Problem now is the phone does not start again, or rather doesn't go beyond the "quietly brilliant htc" stage. I believe the boot code may have been erased during the process of upgrade. Don't know if anyone in the house has got a solution to this.

If you are a small country surrounded by enemies who publicly announce regularly that they desire to wipe you out, then your best bet is to constistently seek to have an edge militarily over the enemies and if you think attacking is the best/only way of defence in ensuring your survival,it's difficult to convince such a country to back down.

I don't think you are correct. the only issue i think he has reacted to based on personal feelings is Bola Ige's case. As for the MEND, he wasn't a spokesman for them o. it was a time where MEND felt they needed someone who had integrity and was not bought and paid for by the FG that they got the man. Certain offices in ANy land are regarded as dignified whether the occupant has dignity or not. also All holders of such offices, because of the fact that they superintend over several other serious minded people, are expected to portray certain characteristics which include, honour, gravity and properness.
Wearing a gown that'll be exquisitely appropriate for a night party to sign a document of national importance does not show that that occupant has any of those characteristics, or even the most basic of all, common sense!

Yeah, whenever i get to court or visit the prision and get to see the inmates, my heart always reaches out to them. I always feel pained at the condition in which their environment is. It is sad to be in court and see your fellow human being being sentenced to death or to some years in prison. However i feel so angry right now. These bandits never have mercy when they are operating on their victims save the innocent ones who happen to sufffer for crimes they did not commit.

Just imagine me being robbed this morning on my way to work by three of them . It is both so painful and deeply traumatising but i thank God for everything.
