You are wrong sir - rape is fundamentally about lack of consent NOT force. If an adult consents that you force sex on them (eg while asleep), it is NOT rape.
Here's a comprehensive definition of rape sir. Keep it in your pocket.
Rape is defined as sexual activity without consent, regardless of whether force is used (bearing in mind that minors, mentally ill, and people under influence cannot give consent)
