Look around you at the 10s of millions of Nigerians in Nigeria existing in dire straits to this day to understand the impact that damage inflicted on children by parents can have on generations after them. Many people never wake up from it; most don't even realize the damage for what it is.

My view is simple and the same as I have shared in other cases. Deadbeats should not be rewarded in any way, remains my stance.

Given that the child is currently being raised by her mother, there is no need to raise dust in her life for the sake of a deadbeat father. If the child has already been adopted by the stepdad, then there is no reason to even bother mentioning her to the deadbeat. If, when she becomes older — maybe after age 16/18— maybe the identity of her biological father can be revealed to her, in addition to the whole truth of his deadbeat status— that truth is necessary. However, before then, the deadbeat should have no place or right to come in to disturb the peace of the child's current family, unless the child finds out before then and maybe even demands she be allowed to visit him from time to time.

I don't do Bible versions. I consult the Greek/Hebrew and go from there. So, you tell me exactly what you find wrong with what is stated there in the Greek, and we go from there. As the image again shows, Mary(Jesus's mother) was said to have been there by the cross with many women, including one who was noted as a sister and two others who also bore the name Mary.

2. This argument does not make sense to me at all. You claim that Mary did not have other children. However, if we are to follow your particular argument so far, then your claim cannot be said to hold on the very grounds that the book neither explicitly states that she had other children, nor does it state that she didn't.

The question here is why do you feel the need to insist that Mary had no other children apart from Jesus Christ when the Books don't corroborate this idea of yours.

5. Jesus Christ never gave His mother to anyone. He merely indicated, probably along the lines of His teachings in Matthew 12 vs 46-50, Luke 8 vs 21 & Mark 3 vs 33- 35 , that Mary and James were linked according to the rules which He set.

I don't know about you, but I think it would have been weird if Mary and her sister were both named Mary.

2. I intentionally disregard the content of Paul's letter here to focus instead on the relationships between these individuals previously established in the Gospels. It is utmost to clearly grasp those first before venturing into deciphering any other ideas that may have been presented later on.

This man started life video recording of his wife immediately they got into a car enroute hospital. He was videoing and assuring her of his love for her and not to leave him alone ......who does this when your wife is in pain and almost at the point of death? Beside the obvious that he should have made arrangements before it got to that critical stage. Pregnancy ain't accidental, it gives you a complete 7 to 9 Months notice....you know it's there and not hidden and shouldn't catch you unaware to the extent of involving Nigerians or government. I understand very well what it is like to live with a disability but I do not believe it is right to take away one's right merely as a result of being born with such a curse. 😐Rather, I believe education is what should be given to couples/parents on these curses and how they could avoid the having of cursed children. Children should also be made aware of how they became cursed in order to dissuade them from making the mistakes of those before them..

➜ i reckon that the average Nigerians is not pragmatic even with the benefit of western education, and tend to be self centered while covering up with spirituality.
➜Parents who truly care will be laser focused on providing the best for their kid(s) with the minimal Resources available to them. Majority of these parents are thinking of having many kids , so those many kids can take care of them at old age. It is a shame that people breed poverty in folds for silly reasons. Only a mad fellow will carry a heavy load on the head and almost falling down and then decide to add more.
