Their staff committed a case of fraud against my client. The company customer service were officially informed with evidence of the fraud committed by their staff but they refused to take action against their staff to return the money of the victim.

The Nigerian Police Force is a federal agency. I don't see why you should be unable to walk into any police station and file a charge against the company in question to begin an investigation and possible prosecution.
