The Nigeria state can tomorrow pardon petty criminals someone has to make that move to make it a reality. They real issue is on the part of him not being in jail but in a private house. This is a very big crime that should be expanded to know if it's true and how long has it being going on.

A fast-tracked and paid-for pardon is illegal as well.
