I don't feel alive, I lie in bed all day, I don't feel like myself, I know myself as a man to be agile and strong and having that hustler spirit. I naturally sleep around 10-11 and wake up 3am. But now, I don't even understand I feel so so weak and it hurts me severely, I don't feel alive, I don't feel motivated, I don't feel okay, I have dreams and goals to achieve but I don't feel the vibe anymore. Just on my phone or Whatsapp or Instagram wasting away all my time, but I can assure you that I'm not addicted to any social media.
I want elders in the house to please give me and advise or tips or tricks I can use to eliminate this weakness.
I'm not sick, atleast I know my body when I'm sick. But this is just so weird and makes me feel sad or unhappy, Sometimes I wonder if it's a spiritual attack against me but even if it is so, I badly need a solution because I'm not turning younger anymore, My parents are already looking up to me and here I am lying in bed all day lazying around with a weak and unmotivated body.
