Agbo, Agu, Aina, Lokosa, Ajiboye,Eze and Simon are likely to be dropped.
Sir are you following the camp training?cos as it's Aina is ahead of Echiejile.

Do not be surprised Simy can make it too if he delivered against Congo

After Congo friendly then we will know who is out but for now guys are in camp doing the needful, anyone picked for WC merit it,so let's keep on watching.

Lokosa was lucky to be there sha, kayode is better than him in all aspect
Thank you,do we need to argue it that Kayode is better than Lokosa even he is better than Simy but we need to respect Rohr decision who is in charge and know what he want in the team.

They got knocked out in the group stage. That was Mikel's U17 set coached by Eguavoen. However, the team played good football and showed promise.
Thanks for the correction.

you're right
but only the rational minds will think in this light.....many will want him sacked..should we fail progress from the group.
Let me tell you something about Nigeria fans we love good football irrespective of result.

Nigeria U20 team to mexico in 1983 did not make it out of group stage but received praises,if I can remember this team nearly beat Brazil the match ended in a draw.

Check out Cameroon team at Espana 82,in the group stage they didn't lose any match but failed to qualify from the group but the build up from that team gave the world the best of indomitable 82-2000

All we need is good football cos it always bring results though sometimes team might not get the deserves result but fans will know this is a team.

Rohr should give us a team that average Nigeria fans w be proud of at WC.

the man should be retained.
he is a good coach...the kind of coach we have been longing for... though he may not be too tactical but very discplined and a good man manager.
So far Rohr is doing a good job but WC performance should do the talking about his retainment not even necessary to reach quarter final but let us see good Super eagles that would give us great future.

I remember 2003 U17 team, the team failed to qualify from group stage but we all saw a promising team that was better than 2001 U17 finalist.

Good to promote good player and Nwakili performance against Atletico was awesome, honestly you are not sentimental cos if i have my way i will include the young man based on Atletico match in our provisional WC list but on club performance no way.

Goid for him to keep on developing cos his future is bright.

You can't rule out diverse views from public forum because everyone reason differently. As long as the views are not going against the forum rule then is always welcome.

For example Someone said Nigeria will lose all our group stage matches if we wear our lemon green jersey
Sir that's not my point, yes a public forum where anything goes as far is not against the rules of the forum.

"BREAK" is the word you guys are finding hard to understand. The guy was given break to get him rested from the just concluded season. He was given and not that he decided to stay away.

As long as the coaching crew do not have a problem with him, I think the fans too should not. Or of what use will he be again, if he reports to camp early say this week and he picks up up an injury that rules him out of the tournament. Fatigue has built up in most of these guys(don't forget he is a WB) and if not rested they can easily pick up an injury and in most cases they are muscles - related injuries.

I will implore us to trust the handlers to manage Moses situation. They are professionals and they know what we may not know.

O PARI!
Good but that O PARI is not for you, always acknowledge the man behind it or he sue you o

Nobody said Aina father is involved in Aina selection, the talk was how other players dropped and fans may perceive it.

If we can't make diverse views and remarks about the team then of what essense is the thread?
Sir,it was on this thread that am hearing it and no fans has such view.

OK why Aina's Father and not Iwobi's Father or Ebuehi's Father or do you think it's only Aina and Echiejile fighting for a spot, this coming friendlies will do the talking, apart from Mikel as captain anything can happen.

Rohr is in charge and the best in camp would be at WC irrespective of anybody's Father presence.

I repeat it such diverse view is not good for this thread. It belittled our analysis prowess cos a lot peep here and before you know it you gona see caption "Aina's Father trying to influence Rohr.

and still.hasn't registered a goal since he has been playing free kicks....
that was a stupid decision from the coach....
Humility baba do we really have a free kicks specialist? NO

I remember seeing Iheanacho and Moses Simeon scoring once and Victor scoring a disallowed one against Cameroon,so they are all fluke takers, may be the coming friendlies and WC we are going to see the specialist cos i remember Jayjay always kick it to the crowd until later stage of his career.

Ronaldo has scored several free kicks so his own is understandable. Victor has not proven to be better than Iheanacho or Simon Moses as regards free kicks.

I feel like the coach should allow for shared responsibility, depending on the area of the field.
Right now we don't have specialist but your last paragraph settled it.

y all don't get one thing, was there in a way a tussle for the free kick or set pieces when Moses sets in? Don't u think if it's not the coach that orchesterd that order, he would have been challenged from taking the setpieces...c.ronaldo takes almost everything free kick and no man dares cough..

Why all these rants about our best weapon of mass destruction?
The nigga is a strong head no doubt but it's part of the managers job.. To manage strong heads which Rohr is doing perfectly well.. Why fuelling Rohr to start an unending brawl in the team that disorganized the team in the past and made his predecessors fail like pack of cards.

Rantings is a norm in life so people are free to rant. It's a free world.. But only the intellectually inclined ones will try and find out the reason what happened happened..

Ever heard of vic Moses escapades in Nigeria? How his parents were massacred in a crisis in Nigeria?
Don't u think these kinds of scenarios might make him wanna rethink bout his loyalty to Nigeria which he has benefited nothing much..??

That aside, things happen for reasons. Moses won't jettison out of the team Mundial preparations without a concrete excuse.
Most importantly, we re just fans and our opinions don't matter much, the coach and his crew is their to handle the matter which they re been paid for. Let's leave them to do their job and lets support them on whatever decision they take because we can really do nothing much.. And hope it pays
Thank you. There is need for us to up our analysis here cos this thread is just too valuable to a lot of guys cos they believe this is the only place to get accurate information and good analysis on eagles.

I was damn surprised hearing from this thread that the presence of Aina's Father can influence Rohr.No this shouldn't have come out from this thread

Also hearing that Kelechi Nwakili should be drafted to main eagles cos of his performance against Atletico Madrid.

No it's not done that way.I remember James Obiorah had a great game in one of the friendly prior to France 98 but dropped cos we have better prepared players like Okocha,Lawal,Adepoju and Oruma but if we go by talent i will rate only Jayjay ahead of Obiorah.

No doubt about Nwakili abilities as a player but sometimes a good promising young player just need to wait and keep.on developing. The future is bright for the young man.

And now reading some comments on Moses really surprised me as if this is not the thread where we have great analysts who understand the game very well.

Did Rohr complain about Moses attitudes? No meaning there is great communication between Rohr and Moses and with what am hearing likely Moses would join the team in London with Rohr approval.

World cup is very near and better for us to talk football in a very analytical way.

I don't think it's logically right to make such conclusion about Simy and Lokosa. Though they are rookies in the team but they're in red hot form currently so it's very possible that they become surprise revelations/ performers in Russia.
I don't see the two making it.
