queeneve:One would think a never-ending orga$m actually caused the 'mistake' ![]() |
^^^^ silly and childish reasoning where matters of the heart is concerned. |
like I did not already know ![]() |
sugar pp: ![]() Sorry for your luck. |
He's your husband. Forgive him. A major reason you said 'Yes' to him was because you decided you could overlook some b.s from him. ![]() |
Ifedisky:you got issues |
madlady:I have a landline but I dont even know the number. It is for tele-marketers to call and for relative when they come visiting. Most of us here live on our cellphones |
I only like to talk on the phone when I'm driving anyway (although I know it aint right). So if I call her and she aint picking up, I know she's busy and I move on to the next missed call. Sebi we go meet for house? But it's always good to pick up calls though . . you never know. My wife once called me at work and I struggled to pick up the phone cos I did not want any distraction. She had a flat tire right in the middle of the road and all she needed was the number for AAA. Imagine if i'd not picked up the call. |
Oh, another thing. Chewing gum on the first date is a no-no for me. |
^^^ Really dont care. Cos I do it all the time when it's just us. We have fun with it. I just cant stand my wife speaking pidgin in my presense or when my friends are around. ![]() |
queeneve:Wife. Nope. I dont. I only get pissed when she accuses me of not calling when as a matter of fact, I called but the stuff is in her bag and she forgot she had a phone. My mom does it too. |
^^^ it's not like the text msg is gonna do the trick but some of you females actually forget your phones in those big bags!! my mom never picks up her phone but she bugs me about not calling her ![]() |
queeneve:We all fart in the house like no man's business (whenever were alone of course). And my son goes: 'daddy, you poopoo!' You should see the way he spouts his mouth when he says that . . . . ![]() |
@ post. what did you do to her? She's obviously mad at you for something. A wife (my cousin) once told her husband the kids were not his . . just to spite him after he cheated. The guy nearly threw her out of the highrise building ![]() |
Odunnu:with ease. It is very easy to be in love with a truly good woman can also cook it up both in the kitchen and in bed. Yup, that's what I got ![]() |
does my wife love me ![]() |
^^^ How can you be sure he gave you all of them? ![]() |
I dont ALWAYS try to impress my wife as you stated in your 'book of law'. And I love her! So what? Next ---> ![]() |
She wants to use you for juju! I was used for that kinda juju a few years ago and here I am, happy with a wonderful family. |
Dont speak pidgin to me on our first date ![]() |
Anambra: The Brain Box Of Nigeria |
OAM4J:Anyone who claims to be from Lagos is a slave or its descendant ![]() If you want fight, come and meet me on top of oke-agbona and let me send bees to deal with you. Ekiti for life! ![]() |
jennykadry:Sorry to burst you bubble. My post is not about a nollywood movie. This guy is my friend - we were in school together and I talk to him regularly. So yea, stuff like that used to happen back in the days . . not sure about now. Now noone wants to be associated with poverty . .not even the pauper himself talk less of a pastor. ![]() |
goldmond:If your current girlfriend does not meet your needs for a wife, you need to dump her and move on. It is hard to find a 'wife' when you are in a relationship. . . cos the wife material wil run once she sees the girlfriend. That is called two-timing. |
are you related ![]() My uncle is married to his distant cousin. |
He will lose her to another man. She will wake up from her slumber . . .get an annulment and go find her another man after making sure she has not been infected. She will have any other man tested for HIV. Sad but that's the reality |
I know an old school mate who's fiancee's parents sponsored the enire wedding at the time because no one on his side could afford it. The bride's parents even paid for the guy's wedding suit, paid for his parents clothing and sent buses to go bring the guys parents n family from the village. I'm sure everyone around crucified these bride's parents for turning against the norm and giving thier child off to a pauper. The guy later won an elf scholarship while he was doing his masters (which the in-laws paid for) and is now a director with an oil producing firm in south america (all expenses paid for his extended family to come visit twice a year) and his in-laws are surely reaping the fruits of their labour. what if they had refused to let him marry their daughter back then because they were trying to be 'normal' as you guys have put it? Maybe he was not fit to be called a 'man' back then but he surely had the potential which the in-laws saw and he is the MAN right now. The problem is that a lot of ladies in naija right now are not just ready to go thru that process of living of starting and building life with a growing man. |
Ujujoan:OH! So in this case, it is now OK for a man to be in charge of the family ![]() Some of you nairaland women are confused. You scream equality but then you also want to be the weaker sex when it pays you. |
Kidnapper alert!! |
toba:Who let you on this thread or forum . . Isnt it past your bed-time ![]() Make sure you brush your teeth before you go to bed. |
