You cannot fully bring up ur kids in a certain way except you have the same religious view with their dad.

If you both are serious xtian or muslim, it might be easy now when it's just the two of you.

But what happens when you have kids: where will they worship, what kinda music will they listen to; will you let your daughter's head be shaved when born, who will they hang out with, family members visiting, etc

These are some of the things you need to consider and decide on.

It is not the easiest of things except you both are free thinkers.

- I have encouraged a few to break the relationship. I started acting funny so they called it off. Guess it gave them the sense of victory.

- To the one that I had the highest level of respect for, we talked about it. She said she'd have preferred if I just ran away from her..but I know she'd have used that against me. Now she respects me for talking to her about it and not punking out. We remain friends.

If you had a great relationship, i think it is childish to just 'run away'. Communicate your decision in any way possible (in person, phone, text)..dont just run. I'm not saying i've not done it before..but I did it with girls i really didnt care about..but it's still childish all the same.
