Not necessarily. Back in the days I had a GSD that would turn against any stud I got to mate with her. I even got an experienced setter still no dice. On the next heat however I got a stud to stay over at my end and while I kept the stud sequested you could see she was flirting with him. When I was sure she will not be aggressive anymore I released both into same area with direct contact. I had barely turned my back and the stud was humping already. This went on for about 2 times within 3 hours and loads over the next three days. So I believe familiarisation is key. Although some studs are rabble rousing pros....They know how to get around some shakara bit.ches

Did I see aviation with what I see at the airports. Arrive from an international flight and see the non cooling airconditioner system, dirty fans at passport control, the toilet is an eyesore. @ hedgesfun. ....If you don't know that customer relationship management and the customer experience has moved away from the back room and onto the plate in front of you and every one else then you better wake up and smell the coffee. I'm just relieving my experience. Businesses that know what's going on know the social media and Internet has put in the hands of the customer a tool it can use to express him or herself. I just used mine. Period.

Looks like brand managers are about to recieve an instruction. Branding and re branding are tools used in positioning techniques. APC has taken a chunk of the political market. I'm waiting to see PDP'S responce. Will they be bullish and wanna pull through on same image or redesign it to capture a segment of that market they lost out on. Will they study the demographics of people that voted massively against them and find a way to win them back. Will they redefine their value offering in terms of quality of delivery in leadership. I'm bumping into Nigerians here in uae working as security guards in some of the hotels I've been staying in the bur area. Is this what they look forward to I ask. Of course there are proffesionals here but my heart bleeds when I see my guys as valets at hotel entrances. The phillipinos and other nationals have better jobs with dignity. What's wrong? I didn't come to look for a job I came to kill some spare time and catch up on one or two proffesional expos in the ME area So as to know trends in the market. The saying at home is that they are working in dubai and living large. Why?

A detailed and early hand over note is a no brainer. The early part is even better so there can be questions asked and hopefully answers given. If gej team think they love nigeria this is when and how it can be shown. Trying to frustrate the incoming team from hitting the ground running shows how much they care about nigeria. Sometimes they should put aside the politics.
As for those who think asking for a hand over note and tips is a sign of not knowing what to do it is actually a sign that those asking know what to do.....as I said it's a no brainer.

On item quality I'd say all I've gotten except one were quite okay. Having to go back numerous times for items I ordered for on same transaction tranche is a no brainer. Why not get all items that were ordered for in same shopping cart be brought together and get a notice for same to be picked up.

The last item to be delivered took them a whole three weeks plus. Then when an item arrived while I was away I was then sent a message that since I did not come to pick it after seven days I should therefore reschedule. I ask, what penalty they took upon themselves when they missed their own delivery dates. Well that did it for me, the deal with dealdey is off.

@omoteamac. ...For starters you are quite rude. All you needed to do was make your point even though a counter point but not referring to any one by calling names. For your info one of my items I realised on opening when I got home was broken but I didn't return it as I took it as my problem since I didn't open it right there. Next time I'll open right in front of the customer care person so I start my return process imediately. Finally your seem ignorant to refer to customers as giving useless excuses. Please do so in your business and you may end up mopping floors at your competitors facility.

Hi every one. Does any one have any reviews on sun and sands hotel, 37nth Street,Al Rigga Road,Clock Tower,Deira . The rates look good with roof top pool etc. But as we know the difference between a catalogue and reality can be by a mile. Other recommendations for a short stay partly business and part rest will be wellcome. Thanks.
