Mine was being stranded before okada junction awhile from benin on my way to UNIPORT as a second year student a very long time ago. With no replacement bus coming and night fall aproaching fast me and a friend i had made in our predicament on the bus made our way to benin not knowing what to expect. We chose to try to locate a cheap hotel. In our search for one a young man was leading us into a bush. Tugged on my friends shirt ,.......no no i told him. I was only 17 but i was street smart. We made our way to a bus stop hoping to notice a responcible person to ask. We did notice a young chap of about 27 years we told him we were stranded and would like to be directed to a cheap hotel. He rather suggested we join him to his place as he could put us up for the night. My friend and i had a short meeting we agreed to one hour shifts to be signaled by gentle taps on one another.
So we took the public transport with him and landed in one room at a face me i face you compound. He drew water for us to have our birth and even provided dinner of bread with sardines. We took it not cos we wanted to but felt it was not courteous to refuse a meal from our impromtu host. He left the bed for us while he hit the floor on a mat he borrowed from a neighbour. My agreed hourly taps with my friend only lasted till about 1 am one of us failed to tap until we both woke up at 6am. Our host has drawn water and was actually making fried eggs for breakfast. We had it and left.
I wrote two letters to him but never got replies.

@eveezy......what goal do you have in mind or rather objective(s) for the new breed development or you are being speculative. I ask cos my little knowledge in variety or breed development is that you have specific aims at the start point. It may be size, disease susceptibility, behavioural peculiarities, longevity, climate adaptations, work adaptations etc.
If not inline with the above it looks like you cross as you like and wait for whatever outcomes which is in the reverse mode I think.

So is the audit for ever I thought the report was to be made ready end of October or there is a deliberate attempt to keep it away till after the elections. Just thinking.

Lol my dad was one of the guys suppose to do that audit. Instead they decided to do it in house. The people that are being audited are the ones choosing the auditors!! How does that make sense? They are going to find someone that will cover their tracks on a report that will probably never happen

There is the mention of the NNPC audit that was expected to be ready since October 2014 and till this moment the government has gone quiet on the report.
What is happening?

I have been waiting to know the content of the much talked about NNPC audit report that was due by end of October 2014. Does any one know if its been released, what the contents are or was it all a smoke screen to pull the wool over our eyes that the mess in that corporation is gonna be cleaned up.
