When asked at an interview what your least expected will be they are trying to assess how you value yourself. However in my experience while interviewing fresh grads the quality is alarming. Its alarming that fresh grads can't write simple correct sentences. Most times the company has to train to even get a useable fresh grad. Further down the line the so called fresh grad having acquired the skill through training given by the company just walks away somewhere else.
You only steer negotiations your way from the point of strength. Your strength as a fresh grad can be add ons....ability to type, a second international language, skill and proficiency certs ( a lot are available online), proper grooming, diction articulation etc. These are what will make a company bend over backwards to bring you in. Apart from that there are a thousand and one fresh grads waiting in line.

@Datruggedman....we have monkeys. There are also different types of monkeys with varied characteristics. What you did was take two different types of monkeys, in a manner of speaking, get them to mate and produce a monkey but what type....you and I don't know. Although a lot of the standard breeds we have today were brought about through cross breeding, this cross breeding was deliberate with peculiar targets in mind. The targets could be behavioural, physical all in mind to get the right balance. It may also involve more than just two types or breeds and over a couple of generations. The Boer boel is an example. This breed was developed in south Africa to protect farmlands which are prone to attack by both humans and wild animals.
A speculative crossing intentional or not which you did produces what you and I don't know. Most times the physical deformities or limitations of crossing is a major concern. Mixing a box head short coat breed with viatually different breed could bring on physical deformities or challenges later.
That all being said you could also end up with an excellent cross. Be prepared next time to get a matching stud ready as your dam comes into heat next time. Good luck on your sale though.

I was about 8 or 9 years old. It was Sunday late afternoon after our mid day nap. I went over to our kitchen and stood over the kitchen window which had a good view of the street behind. Something caught my eye in the sky. It was revolving with red and blue lights at the base. It darted from the left side of my view slowed down as it moved across towards my right about 20 feet away into the sky. It stood there, revolving. The lights blinking. Not knowing what I was beholding I dashed back into the living room to beckon on my elder brother to see this. But it was gone. He didn't believe me.

In a new environment I'm thinking the dog is trying to know what is normal and what is not and hence bark. So give it a while to establish its territory while you reinforce the fact that it is loved and cared for in the new surroundings. In the absence of any vocal challenges it will bark in time.

I'm a dog lover and over the years when I've lived within shared spaces I keep my dogs within my controlled space. Its a no brainer for the owner to let the dogs roam especially with kids around. So sad that people stood and watched while the child was being mauled. I hope the lad pulls through and recovers from the trauma fully. The dog owner is in for a rough ride.

Money to buy stock for mating of various breeds. Space to take care of them as they grow. Funds to pay for space for the experiment, animal behaviourist specialists that will start documenting traits of ofsprings, disease susceptibility, DNA documentation, Etc
3. People
The people that believe in the project. Volunteers, specialists, care givers etc that will make up the team.
Ill add that it might be a life long project but you end up as proud blood line developer. You may even get to name the breed.
The local breed has another trait which you didn't mention. They are resistant to a lot of the diseases the exotic breeds can't stand. That's a plus to start with.
