I believe the canine section of your proposed security firm is just one of the few things you need to get in place so why don't you partner with someone who has a head start in that area while you focus on getting all the little picees together. My opinion though. You may rightly ignore. |
It's not only fortune. Theres another guy that i got chatting with who showed me the dame and stud on whatssap. The stud i doubted as he rambled it going to mate somewhere but i was sure it was uploaded from the internet. So i played along and kept on insisting on this forum that he post the pic of the stud....of course he never did as he would have exposed himself for all to see which is what i wanted to happen. As much as i know that genuine transactions are possible on this forum everyone should wise up. If i can't deal face to face cos of location i get someone on ground to represent and give me a report before i proceed. |
Scam.....you better scram |
There are grumblings by staff of contractors working for the state house clinic that their parent companies are being owed maintenance fees for over a year and half. This has led to delays in their salaries which they say is seriously affecting them personally as some of them reported that their children have not been allowed to take exams at schools they attend due to inn payment of school fees. It wild have been expected that such a high class presidency agency under the leadership of the permanent secretary.....emmanuel ogbile ......should not be owing contractors. The workers also say the CMAC is surprised at the unpaid debt to the contractors. |
Now that's a GSD |
You wrote that you supply at 142 per liter. Then that your pricing is based on market trend. Double speak or error? |
This is a first on nl. No tribal sentiments or bigotory. The facts are bare. Victor Moses is a player with potentials but needs to up his work rate on the pitch and show hunger to act as cover for his team mates ....be hungry to win the ball back when he does loose the ball. Even fragile mata and stylish hazard have improved on that aspect of their game. |
Thumbs up man..... |
Wow.....and I thought I was smart. See decoding. I bow ooooo. |
Some songs can be just simply wacky but they can also get your head bopping or feet tapping. The media wants to have whst will drive traffic in their direction so what works gets played. I must commend the naija musicians though on being creative with beats.....we respond to them cos we can relate in a genric way to them...the deep lyrics you do get on some songs can therefore be taken for granted. Breezing through the city lights at 12am...sun roof open....no reports or deadlines to care...davidos gobe could be blaring down my ears for all I care. Meanwhile I can't stand it on the drive to work...tab in hand. |
The doorman strategy. Always take care of all stakeholders. Receptionist, front desk officer, secretary are stakeholders. Treat them with care. If they have your interest at heart you have crossed an important huddle. @bodashee...looking forward to great reviews on your supply this weekend. |

Bodashee.......don't keep your customer waiting...... |
And you are convinced that the business starts and ends at that. I disagree by a mile. |
@chucky234.......I pass. There's no way im gonna start out on a limb without requisite knowledge. A hobby yes but business its a no no for me. |
There's a small indoor reception on 23rd in mainland lagos. Can you deliver snack packs for 30. What's the unit price. Upfront payment to be done. |
@chucky234...the intention was to give him an opportunity at tutelage. I have bred and sold dogs in my younger days and have two 4year olds currently that I've had since they were 2weeks old. To like sell him to the dogs in a manner of speaking maybe like taking a voyage without any idea about sailing. |
Be sure to get a call saying I reccomended you. |
Bodashee....at this point you have the opportunity to interphase with your customers on a one to one level. It becomes more difficult as you expand. Ensure you get feedback from every job done and make sure you react to the feedback you get. Key into your customers on a personal note. Spicy v mentioned birthdays and important events. Take interest in what they do. |
Spicy v. Praise singing and head swelling are two strenghts I just discovered you have. . Just joking. |
That's why I said you should learn the ropes first. Find a job in s kennel so you know what its like taking care of dogs. Or make yourself available as a trainee with a mentor then you'll be ready and sure that's a business you can and wanna do. |
Relationship mgt cost money. If I break down cost time and stress of going to different parts of the country to attend client related engagements you'd be shocked. But I know its a price to pay to stay relevant. |
There are some details you can give here. Some interested peeps don't just move with the scanty details here. I for one won't. What are the high points of your business plans, what are your projected numbers....turnover, profit for next 3years...what equity stake are you offering for what investment..what segment are you targeting. These are questions I need asnswers to before I consider a meeting. |
May I also add that I'm currently expending over 1m currently in gifts to my clients. Its unsolicited but I know from my years of experience that everyone loves gifts and recognition. Just a tip. |
Ok. Don't see any flames. What if I told you I've made a turn over of 15m in my start up within the last 5 months without offering anything to nobody. But I said earlier I'm dealing from the top most times so no one tries to mess with me. Although im careful to maintain a cordial relationship with the system as power could shift hands. Others are coming through referals. |
@texanomaly....exhausting ...wow. |
Hope you have made extra 5 to give away for free to a targeted 5 people. If its really yummy any of those 5 people will be saving your contacts with the other free hand. ![]() |
. Just joking.
...wow.
