DubaiLandLord1: Man From Niger Republic Who Ran Away With N206b Nig Arms Money Declared Wanted by EFCC | #IgbereTV
ABOUBAKAR HIMA is from Niger Republic.
Buhari and his APC govt gave him contract to supply ARMS worth over N200bn and he ran away with the entire cash!
1. $394m = about N200bn
2. €9.9m = N6bn plus
3. N369m
TOTAL = N206.4bn
Reacting to the Development, a journalist and social commentator, Peter Agba Kalu said: "What a country! Buhari has out sourced Nigeria to his relatives at Niger Republic. How can you give supply of Nigerian security equipments to a Nigerien that has limited English proficiency?" Why would a supposedly responsible government contract a private individual who is not even a citizen of Nigeria but of Niger. To carry out arms procurement for the nation, why for goodness sake why ❓ What happened to Government to Government procurement international diplomacy and assistance. Which is devoid of any under the table inducements. |

Sizzorkay: The daft aspect to this is some people actually believe it was Buhari who gave the money to this guy, like really? where is the proof that Buhari met or know this person? Presidents have staff and cabinet members for a reason, among hosts of others. everything that goes wrong, it's Buhari. Oga your disdain and bias for the man is apparent. So Buhari gave money to this man to steal, then sent EFCC after him? now how does that make sense It's not irrational it is not entirely implausible. Because this government is thrives on blatant impunity and bare faced lies. Add to that the most important unit of measurement for capacity and competence is perceived loyalty to the regime. Which in itself is anchored on tribalism, nepotism and religious affiliation. Finally, the President is the commander in chief and executive head of the nation. It's his responsibility to ensure compliance, he had oversight. Essentially the BUCK STOPS WITH PMB there is no excuse or evasion. |

abuomaIV: Do you want brand new or fairly used? Price for both please. And when l use the term branded I make reference to the market leaders where tyres are concerned such as Michelin, Bridgestone, Pirelli, Continental, etc. There are other makes which are relatively unknown but still good quality. |

Covert1: It often comes down to courses passed to out rank a course mate. It's a reality the soldiers know however in this case the president used his constitutional powers of prerogative.
I knew the issue of finance will come but the money spent in retiring these officers every few years its humongous. A little addition to it will do the trick. In West Africa there are many options for a command HQ likewise in other regions of Africa. Nigeria actually has more clout than you may think. The Military High Command can actually have some of these combatant commands for a start domiciled at Ship House and Defense HQ. The idea is not to go and start wars. The military is not all about fighting all of the time. Instead of a fire brigade approach like we had in Mali we can be ahead of the game. Countries we never thought of are now filling in the military gaps in most of these African countries that we used to do.
Defense costs money. This is a reality the present administration is slowly waking up to. That cost will rise exponentially in a regime where mediocrity is enthroned and corruption rife. In addition competence is measured by unquestionable loyalty to the regime without question. Loyalty is a perceptive led deduction thats why nepotism, tribal and religious affiliation count more than capacity and competence in the PMB regime. |

jihday: Excuse you?? Did you even read the rubbish you typed? How many league goal did Ighalo score? So cavani is so good that he stopped Ighalo from getting 15-20min game time? If Ighalo was so good he could have forced ole give him game time just like Iheanacho did to Rodgers. Moses had 3 assist not 5, whether you like it or not Conte didn't retain him, if he really wanted him Chelsea were willing to sell/loan as he was already surplus to requirement. So the truth still stand, Conte discarded him at Inter. Your proposition is nonsensical and lacks any iota of substance. Manchester United is not Leicester and the dynamics of team selection completely different. KC has been at Leicester city for 4 seasons and his first three seasons were abysmal it's taken him three years to come alive from essentially a football coma. Considering the quality competition in Manchester United, will KC be starter or be playing U23 at United. But l can say if Ighalo was at Leicester he would most likely be a starter and probably not wait three years to come alive. |

Karlovych: I can't believe it takes more than a year to get get clearance from FIFA whereas the Jamaicans get cleared in less than 6 months from England Sometimes we like to believe the official lie, which is ludicrous, particularly coming from a government and society that doesn't stand on INTEGRITY. Zaha played youth football for England and then played for the first team. Inspite of all the controversy his change of allegiance was completed in 6 weeks. Even if your blind and lack knowledge anybody should know it will not take three years to make a change of allegiance with FIFA. So what's causing the delay.

humility33: For someone that hav been watching football he needs no one to tell him that Italian players since ages always do better as they age the likes of Totti,Pedro,Maldini,Costakuta,Nesta and others played football for their national team till their late 30s and were still balling for elite clubs like milan,Roma etc
Now where is moses and ighalo playing If they were Italians they wont even warrant a discuss let alone a call up
If you really watch the super eagles last two feature you should know better what the super eagles lack is creative playmaker so if we are to canvass for any retiree recall that person should be Mikel Obi because his presence in the midfield will birth killer passes that may lead to goal
The super eagles strike department as at present is one of the best in africa. Ighalo record in England cant match nacho record in italy cant match oshimen or simy record so why make a mountain out of a molehill Have any of them been able to achieve the accolade of highest goal scorer in the AFCON. Will any of them ever attain that feat, only time will tell. But for now the only player who has is IGHALO end of discussion. |

chrisooblog: See Komekn this is where I always have issues with you. Your first instinct when you hear stories like this is to almost always take the most pessimistic or negative standpoint. You usually try to disguise it under the banner of being "objective" not knowing you are as transparent as glass. How do you know for certain he will be a bench warmer? Are you an oracle or is soothsaying your side hustle?
You can judge a player's present circumstance without making a definitive judgment about how they will fair in the future you absolutely have no control over.
One would have thought the Iheanacho, Osimhen and Josh Ononam experiences would have made you more humble in your judgments but mba! You lack objectivity and you cannot substantiate your opinion with anything beyond sentiment and bias. Look at the past 10 years and tell me how many forward players Chelsea have bought that have made it beyond Drogba, Conte and a one or two others. Chelsea has either destroyed the careers of many young promising players or they have had to find world class fame and fortune ELSEWHERE, such as De Bruyne, Lukaku, Salah, etc In addition it's part of the Chelsea business. Model to buy players and sell them on for possible profit. Now compare the pedigree of the players Chelsea buys and how many failed to cut it. Terem is not as good as the players who did not make it at Chelsea thats the reality. |

charlesemeka85: After several anxious months, world football governing body FIFA have finally cleared Ademola Lookman and Ovie Ejaria to play for the Super Eagles.
Forward Lookman and midfielder Ejaria have previously featured for England at various age-grade levels but have now opted to play for Nigeria, where their parents were born.
Lookman plays for Red Bull Leipzig but was on loan at Fulham in the Premier League in England this past season.
He is a direct-playing forward and weighs in with his own fair share of goals and assists.
Ejaria, on the other hand, is a creative central midfielder with Reading FC in the English Championship.
The 23-year-old player was previously on the books of Premier League outfit Liverpool.
His creativity will be most welcomed in the Eagles midfield with his great vision and wide range of passing skills. Are you suggesting that it's taken months ❓ When Ovie and Ademola made thier commitment to the NFF years ago, with regards to Ovie I can say it's over 3 years ago. Something that should not take more than 4/5 weeks. It's crass ineptitude by the NFF again it mirrors general bureaucracy in Nigeria in general. It's simply not acceptable. However Nigerians we have learned over the years to accept the unacceptable. |

Key issue is which ROUTE you have decided to take.
My personal experience about two weeks ago ;
Left Ajah Epe express way straight to Ijebu -ode via Epe. Roads not great but Ok from Lekki takes about an Hour.
From Ijebu matters change somewhat on the Lagos to Benin highway . It's as if having an SUV is a criminal offence, the check points manned by multiple agencies ( all deh find money) are probably over fifty.
Nonetheless progressed on arrival in Edo state. Very concerned armed ( robbers) in police uniform they are very hungry quite a lot if them. No name tags they even covered the plate number on the patrol car they have. Thats a warning bell.
I overcame that I never give one kobo bribe a bit of posturing to make them think twice that's all.
Benin to Warri no issues whatsoever easy go easy come. Warri to PH no issues.
That's my personal experience. |

Words have to be taken in context and that context with cultural understanding of the meaning of words and phrases in different nations. After spending over 6 years in Nigeria after high school I went back to university in England. Where is komekn self I would not say thats exceptional for any player maybe goalkeeper yes. But not for a Midfielder defensive or offensive. However, the exponential rise of KC is close to miraculous his mother must be a prayer warrior. Against all odds and predictions he has excelled, he is undoubtedly in the HERE and NOW the best forward player in the SE no contest. I said very early on in the season that if he can score 12 goals in the EPL then we can say he has shaken off the cobwebs of the past 4 years of mediocrity.
