Edopesin: I've seen his clips, He is good and a transfer of 10m or around that will put him in the spotlight In my experience video clips are indicative and can easily be contrived, l never conclude on a player based on video clips. However, if those clips are of individual games not a collection of games compressed into one video. Then you have a more comprehensive view. |

That's why it took us almost a year to get Aina cleared... It was gross incompetence by the NFF that caused the unnecessary delay. Not the process management. |

Fynline: This is the reason I care less about what happens to a Nigerian soldier these days or the army. You can't be a responsible soldier under an irresponsible government. We can't have a professional force under an irresponsible government. It seems we are deceiving ourselves that we are a civilian democracy. The government has no regard for the " Rule of Law", they disobey court orders without any restraint. They even sacked the Chief Justice without recourse to the requirements of the law. It was under PMB that the highest representative body the National Assembly was put under lock and Key by the DSS. And elected senators and representatives refused entry. A few weeks ago the former interim MD was about to be arrested without warrant or any basis. By again unlawful police. Sowore has remained under false imprisonment in the name of bail. As they decided what to charge him with. Let's face the facts, whatever we have is not a democracy. Hooded armed anonymous men in the nations capital arresting in actual fact Unlawful arrests. If any of those marked men kill someone you will not even be able to seek redress. We have gone very backward. A situation were the sitting Governor is alleging that the NA were stage managing an ambush against him. We have some huge problems. |

Your "very soon" is assumptive... He would need a FIFA clearance before he can be eligible to play for us and that could take up to a year... FIFA clearance is a simplistic confirmation exercise it's not complicated and it certainly does not take one year. Like l said soon and very soon. Amaju word na you deh carry like this. |

Danielnino00: I'm talking about Ibe.. He was largely a youth prospect..m There was no improvement in his game ro suggest that Rodgers developed him..
Maybe he was just overrated because even Klopp couldn't help him.. I disagree as a teenage winger Ibe was outstanding for Brendan and even followed up when Klopp took over with 27 games, was sold to Bournemouth at the age of 20 to Bournemouth for £15 million, which resulted in his(step) Dad being head of U23 recruitment at Bournemouth. How many teenagers get to play 3 consecutive seasons in Liverpool. His development was stifled at Bournemouth and he has been a shadow of his former self. Considering how well Brendan has done in resurrecting from the death the career of KC, he should be commended. |

IDENNAA: Awoniyi is not the only player I do not rate. After his last outing for Nigeria at the U23 qualifier it was a done deal for me, so is Orji Okonkwo. Yet Kingsley Michael is still in my good books. I dont have to hype every Nigerian player and its my right just as you reserve the same right.
As per Nwakali and Azubike , they are players that have immense talent that have proven what they can bring to the table. These two players play with so much confidence and conviction.....If you noticed , Ndidi and Iwobi are two players I dont care so much about because they lack confidence on the ball. Ndidi is very combative and strong but I need him to hold on to the ball and dictate play. This has been his weakness just like Kelechi's right leg. Iwobi piss on his pant every time he holds a ball more than 2 secs Nwakali has proven over the past five years that he has nothing to present, talent is potential yet to be realised. So far nothing if substance has been brought forward we do not live in the past but HERE and NOW. With regards to Azubuike he is in a obscure low quality league. In this regard he should be to be considered an outstanding player in the Turkish league. Is he the most outstanding in his league and therefore club, and how long has he been there for. We don't use youth football to leverage players quality. We use consistent continous to quality performances in your club and league in the HERE and NOW. That is component that is preventing Ndidi from becoming a world class DM. |

Danielnino00: Gomez? Nope! He played very few games under Rodgers before Klopp came in..
Ibe?? Nope! He was largely a youth prospect throughout his time under Rodgers and didn't play much...
I pretty much agree with the rest... It was Rogers that gave Ibe and Raheem first team opportunities. At that time Brendan would take time out to come to the Academy to watch training sessions. |

andrewbaba44: The players that will play in the championship ahead of those bottom leganes teams are only going for the money, if you even see 10k weekly collect from laliga bottom teams then you try, championship that you will easily get 25k to 30k weekly , one of the reason wey i no 2 blame etebo for joining stoke, i can bet that etebo was not earning more than 2,500 euros weekly at Feirense or e no go reach self
Lol see as you dey yab leganes, anyway thats the fact, leganes na very poor club You can look at it another way which Championship team will buy a defender from Turkish league. Admittedly Brentford have found a way to compete, they look for the most outstanding players in any league that they can buy for less money. |

andrewbaba44: Any second tier can have world class coaches as far as you can pay up
Coaches do leave European football and go to Asia for more money so that’s not an issue
Spanish second division can not afford to even pay their players well let alone having world class coaches
Should I remind you that Benitez was even earning better salary with Newcastle in the championship than what some coaches are earning in the epl ?
Anthony Knockaert left Brighton to join Fulham in the championship in a more lucrative deal
If you doubt me google is there for you I do not doubt you at all. Ritchie left Bournemouth and went to Newcastle when they were in the Championship. Vokes left Burnley to Stoke, the list is endless. But you are saying what l am saying in a different way. There are many players that will rather play in the Championship than go to the bottom half of La Liga and or Seria A. In these leagues the larger % of the money rests with the top clubs and mid table clubs. There is a huge gulf between the bottom section and thier second tiers are very poor. Imagine Leganes thier most expensive player is Omeruo for €5 million and they are in La Liga. That's the type of money used to compete in English League one. I know players in English league 2 on £6k a week, go and look at what Cadiz plays some of thier players, even Huesca. |

Abeg that stats is not good enough for the super eagles let alone the English team
E be like say una don start again for this thread
Will he even be a regular when Fulham makes it to the epl ?
This guy is not even good as ebere eze self and yet some of una Dey tip am for the English team
Una Dey always think say all this guys na the best thing after slice bread
As far as I am concerned this guy stand no chance to play for English I have said this before statistics is only half the story not the full story. Statistics are indicative and not conclusive. Do you know Zaha statistics in some areas are not impressive but without Zaha Crystal Palace would probably be battling with relegation. There are no stats to measure how a player drives his whole team forward, influences the team positively and is the center of what they do. You need to watch players in full games and if you can in training to get a more comprehensive picture. If you go right back l said that out of Eze, Oviemuno in my opinion Tega was the best. However, when he lost form and all the issues with Tottenham plus having knee surgery, l kept quite there was nothing to report. But now he is back doing what l have always known him to be capable of doing. Finally, he doesn't eat fish and chips it's Ukodo. |

TheGoodJoe: The possession kings
It starts with possession. Fulham averaged 69 per cent in their opening 10 games, including 84 per cent in a 4-0 hammering of Millwall. No team in England's top two divisions has enjoyed more of the ball. Fulham take care of the ball in a similar way to City, too - their 88 per cent passing accuracy is comfortably the second-highest in the top two leagues, and only narrowly lower than City's.
https://www.skysports.com/amp/football/news/11681/11827021/fulham-under-scott-parker-the-man-city-of-the-championship I have talked about this for some time. How many second tier league can compete with the quality of the top level of the Championship. However many second tier leagues have World class coaches and managers for example Bielsa, Benitez, Cocu, etc. Is there any team in second tier league of Europe that is technically better or you think that can even beat them. Finally, best players follow the money, this always the way. Look at the entire transfer expenditure of the Segunda División and look at Fulham transfer expenditure. That tells a story. |

TheGoodJoe: Rodgers is better tactically than Mourinho. Rodgers was able to transform Leicester City to one of the best playing sides in the EPL. Mourinho can not achieve that with a better quality tottenham. I would not say that. Mourinho is a manager that is tactically astute, strategic and great at building teams, in this regard OUTSTANDING. However, he is not a coach, Rogers is a manager and a coach. He develops he molds and improves players in some regards creates players, he pushes them to the next level with individual one on one coaching to improve them and their role in the team. Then he knits them into a team after talking an average player he transforms the player to another level. Unfortunately Mourinho cannot do that in many regards Mourinho destroys players, forcing them to become what they are not and in the end he discards them. Mourinho looks for ready made players not playere he can make. |

Subzero047: Imagine a small club like Brentford laying hands on 215 million But this is what makes the Championship so competitive and quality. Even if a team gets relegated they drop into the Championship with a lot of quality players who cost millions. Look at Stoke and see the quality players they have and the money they have expended. Then clubs gamble in the quest to get to the EPL spend a lot of money. Now look at Leganes Omeruo was thier most expensive transfer at €5million. That shows the difference in quality with the lower bottom half of La Liga. |
