Look, Asari Dokubo has had anger management issues for some years now (but from listening to him in his sober moments, he is quite intelligent and can be a nice man). I remember back during the OBJ Presidency years when Asari was charged to court for belonging to a militant group in the Niger Delta before the amnesty program kicked off, while in court, Asari was viciously threatening the judge handling his case in front of television cameras and journalists.

His recent rambling video outburst towards President Tinubu and his vow to work with the North for the benefit of Ijaws is just one of those outbursts from Asari when he gets really angry. His reference to Yorubas who are over 60 million strong in population worldwide as betrayers was totally uncalled for because his frustration was targeted towards Tinubu and his government so why drag Yorubas into his video rants. People like Asari have to be handled carefully and listen to his grievances so that he doesn't get frustrated and start making damaging videos out of anger. He also urgently has to go for a medical brain scan to check if he doesn't have a tumor. If this is NOT the case of a brain tumor which can induce that kind of anger, then he needs intense professional anger management sessions urgently which he can afford as a billionaire (even though he claimed in that video that he emptied his whole bank account to campaign for Tinubu which CANNOT be true).

After getting court order the account only had few thousand inside. The bank freezes the account and called the guy he said he doesn’t have the money yet. 1. Write out the Full name and account number of the page or person.
2. Go to the last notification your bank sent you after you made the payment (via mobile app or text) and copy out the "TRANSACTION ID NUMBER".
3. Go to any branch of the scam artist's bank (the bank you transferred to), and ask to see the CUSTOMER SERVICE in charge of FRAUD.
While you are there, send an email to SCAMMER'S BANK or the d bank u wrongly paid to and copy CBN FRAUD DESK (anticorruptionunit@cbn.gov.ng) n also cpd@cbn.gov.ng & contactcbn@cbn.gov.ng, this will ginger the bank to take it up fast.
What should you expect from this? The culprit/suspect's account will be PLACED ON HOLD. His BVN will be blocked permanently. No account will ever be opened nor will he be able to transact banking business in that name until he clears himself with the bank.
Meaning he/she cannot transfer or withdraw until they visit the bank, and when they do, the bank will contact the police, and the suspect when proven guilty will sign a waiver allowing the bank to refund your money.

It's funny you're asking if it's unusual OR even bad luck.
I've read of a couple who are both professionals and they have been married since the 1980s. They both had the same surnames before getting married and both are of Yoruba descent. So, it's pretty obvious that this is NOT unusual and certainly NOT a taboo or bad luck among the Yoruba folks as long as both are NOT from the same hometown after lineage or ancestry investigations have been carried out by both families.
KLEINBASS: JOHANNESBURG - The Home Affairs Department says it will cancel the identity and travel documents of former Miss South Africa contestant, Chidimma Adetshina, and her Mozambican-born mother.
They are also facing probable fraud charges.
On Tuesday, the department informed Parliament's portfolio committee that its completed investigation was handed to the Hawks.
Adetshina's case reached Parliament in August when the public questioned her heritage and nationality after she became a finalist in the Miss SA pageant.

Home Affairs Director General Tommy Makhode said the Adetshinas did not respond to Monday's deadline to make representations as to why they should keep their South African national documents.

But it can't explain how she may have travelled to Nigeria last month to support her daughter at Miss Universe Nigeria pageant which she won.

The department says photographs taken at the event and posted on social media appear to confirm Adetshina’s mother left South Africa during the investigation. Nothing has been said of her Nigerian-born father.
