Thirdly, you cannot point out farms for the monies you have collected The same farm which you claim to my cassava investment and also your plantain farm (and am sure 10 other people's farm as well) is the only farm you can point too. The size of the farm is no where near what it should be.

In its statement, the Guardian cited the presence of offensive content on the platform, such as racist and conspiracy-driven materials.
With a following of 10.7 million on X, the Guardian becomes the first prominent media organization in the United Kingdom to opt out of X.
Critics argue that Elon Musk, the owner of X, fails to address the issue of harmful content on his platform.
In a report published on Wednesday titled: "Why the Guardian is no longer posting on X," the outlet clarified that while they will stop posting from its official editorial accounts on the platform, however, X users can still share their articles.
The report partly read: "We wanted to let readers know that we will no longer post on any official Guardian editorial accounts on the social media site X (formerly Twitter). We think that the benefits of being on X are now outweighed by the negatives and that resources could be better used promoting our journalism elsewhere.
"This is something we have been considering for a while given the often disturbing content promoted or found on the platform, including far-right conspiracy theories and racism. The US presidential election campaign served only to underline what we have considered for a long time: that X is a toxic media platform and that its owner, Elon Musk, has been able to use its influence to shape political discourse.
"X users will still be able to share our articles, and the nature of live news reporting means we will still occasionally embed content from X within our article pages.
"Our reporters will also be able to carry on using the site for news-gathering purposes, just as they use other social networks in which we do not officially engage."
The newspaper further explained that social media can be an important tool for news organisations that will help to reach new audiences but, maintained that "at this point, X now plays a diminished role in promoting our work. VeryDarkMan Faces Femi Falana In Court Over Defamation (Video)
A social media activist and blogger, Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan has arrived Lagos High Court over defamation suit filed by Senior Advocate Of Nigeria, Femi Falana.
Newsmax Nigeria recalls that VeryDarkMan in a leaked video purportedly made by Idris Okuneye popularly known as Bobrisky had made some remarks about the role allegedly played by Falana in Bobrisky’s attempt to secure amnesty while in prison custody.
Following the public uproar generated by VeryDarkMan’s allegation, Falana through a letter by his law firm demanded a retraction of the allegation and subsequently filed a libel suit against VeryDarkMan before a Lagos State High Court.
In his ruling on the exparte application filed along with the substantive suit, Justice Dawodu ordered VeryDarkMan, his agents, and any associates to remove the defamatory videos and comments posted on September 24, 2024, across all his social media platforms.
The judge also restrained VeryDarkMan from further publishing any defamatory content against Falana.
Justice Dawodu granted the order on Monday, pending VeryD compliance with the pre-action protocol of the court.
In the application, Falana prayed the court for “An order of interim/pre-emptive remedy by this court restraining the defendant, his agents, privies, and/or anyone from further circulating or publishing any defamatory videos/comments about the applicant, and to remove the defamatory videos/comments published on September 24, 2024, from all his online social media handles/pages, pending compliance with the pre-action protocol of this court.
“An order granting leave to the applicant to serve the pre-action bundles, originating processes and all other court processes between parties herein on the defendant by substituted means through his lawyer, Deji Adeyanju of Deji Adeyanju & Partners at Terrace Block D4, White Diamond Estate, Makuru Street, Off Embu Street, Off Aminu, Wuse II, Abuja.”
In his ruling, Justice Dawodu held: “The applicant has a legal right to be protected from being defamed by the actions of the defendant. Whether this action will succeed can only be determined during the hearing of the matter.
“There is no doubt that the applicant has a legal right not to be defamed and has proved the possible existence of a breach of the same through the depositions in his affidavit.
“From the affidavit evidence and the documents in support thereof, it is clear that there are substantial issues to be tried in this matter; the balance of convenience seems to be in favor of the applicant, and damages might not be adequate compensation, especially moreso that the defendant might not be in good financial standing to compensate the applicant if the court finds in his favor.
“From the foregoing, this court finds that the applicant has satisfied the conditions stated in Adeleke v. Lawal (supra).
“The defendant, his agents, and privies are hereby restrained from further releasing, publishing, or circulating any defamatory videos/comments about the applicant and to bring down the defamatory video/comments about the Applicant published on September 24, 2024, on all his online social media handles/pages pending compliance with the pre-action protocol of this court.

According to him, a lot of young people are now taking sex-enhancing drugs.
“That is not advisable. Nowadays, I see a lot of young people who take sex enhancers, they get priapism.
“This year alone, I have operated on four people who were having sex and their joysticks refused to come down.
“The penis becomes long, about 12 inches long, it doesn’t come down at all. You have to operate on them before they can come down. Then in the past two years, I have treated people who when they are having sex because of the way and manner, the position, they had a penile fracture”, he said.
Calling for caution during sexual intercourse, the urologist states that when the penis is erect, it can break like a stick.
He noted, “I operated on one four months ago, and not only that the penis break into two, but the urethra also broke into two. I have to first of all repair the urethra before I repair the penis.

Another urologist, Dr. Bakare Hamzat said the side effects of sex-enhancing drugs could lead to erectile dysfunction.
Hamzat who works at the Urology Unit, Department of Surgery, Alimosho General Hospital, Igando, Lagos, said the use of overdose of sex-enhancing drugs is dangerous and comes with a lot of risks.
“Chances are high that they will have erectile dysfunction. The side effects of sex-enhancing drugs can lead to priapism,” he said.
The urologist said people with priapism may not be able to get sustained erections anymore after surgery due to penile fractures.
According to Mayo Clinic, a penis fracture differs from other fractures in the body because the penis has no bones.

Always cover your pot or pan when cooking to accelerate boiling and cooking time .
On the issue whether it consumes electricity, common phones and laptop chargers consumes ample amount of electricity.
What you read online that it doesn't consume electric bills, is it's selling point.
In Europe it might be somewhat understood , they don't cook large pots of rice , yam,stew,soup,and beans in same quantity we do. There is a difference in boiling water for tea for two persons in a family and six persons .
I made further research about the induction cooker and decided to go look for it myself at the market.
You hardly see the induction cooker in shops. What's readily available is infrared. I priced one infrared and the woman said it's 32k last. I asked her about induction and she was convincing me that they're all the same. Oya give me the induction, she said she doesn't have. Where can I get it? Check the next shop.
That's how I searched until I got it in a guy's shop. It's not even displayed in the shop, he has to go bring it from the warehouse because many people don't use it. Many people don't use it because it selects pots. The pot must have a bottom that supports induction. In other words, the bottom must be attracted to magnets.
Finally, the guy agreed to sell to me for 25k. But I didn't pay. I had to go look for the pots that will work with it. Unfortunately, some of the pot sellers don't know about the induction pot. The ones I saw for those who knew what I was looking for called it 140k. Some 130k some 120k ans so on. The pots come in set and they don't sell them separately.
I entered many shops until I finally saw a set of 3 pots for 60k. The cheapest so far. It was above my budget but I closed my eyes to pay for it. And then, went back to pay for the induction cooktop.
I took them home and tried it with beans first. The thing can cook fast oo. I selected the pressure cook button and it showed 1000wats. Before I knew it, the thing started boiling.
The advantage of the cooktop is that it is faster and doesn't consume much energy. Also, it doesn't heat the environment. It's neat.
The only disadvantage is that you must use magnetic pot which is expensive but it's worth it.

Mr Vande Hei recently returned from the ISS after spending a record 355 days onboard the orbital outpost and spoke to the Washington Post about his experience.
The astronaut noted that at some point, he would “poke holes” in the cosmonauts’ “logic,” suggesting that spacemen from both countries would sometimes disagree on certain issues.
However, he also admitted that he was forced to acknowledge American culture’s misrepresentation of Russian people, particularly in cinema.
These moments particularly came during the weekly movie night onboard the ISS, where astronauts from both camps would sit together to enjoy movies.
However, Hollywood stereotypes about Russians made the ritual awkward.
Mr Vande Hei said: “I realized at one point that all the bad guys were Russians.
“It kind of gives me chills even thinking about it because at one point, I looked at my cosmonaut crewmates and said, ‘How does that make you feel?’

The two Americans, who were only slated to be at the space station for eight days, have now spent 153 days among the stars — and doctors are raising concerns about their health after a new photo shows Williams, 59, appearing jarringly gaunt.
The two astronauts are seen chowing down on an ad hoc dinner consisting of uncooked pizza, ketchup, mustard and various sundries.
Though she is smiling and seems to be in good spirits, Williams looks remarkably hollow-cheeked than when she first boarded the orbiting workplace.
“What you’re seeing there in that picture is somebody that I think is experiencing the natural stresses of living at a very high altitude, even in a pressurized cabin, for extended periods,” Dr. Vinay Gupta told the Daily Mail.
Williams’ notably sunken cheeks are likely a result of a “significant” calorie deficit, he added.
The human body burns more calories in space than it does on terrestrial ground due to low temperatures and general harsh conditions, Gupta explained.
