Nigeria is in distress and in dire need of human messiah. Buhari may not be the person but if he has been tested and proven to be most credible for the job in Nigeria then why being sentimental about his age. Adolphe Thiers and Paul Doumer were 74 years respectively when they became president of France. Jules Grévy was 71years and left office as the president of France @ age 80. So age is just a number. Provided as a president you surround yourself with not mediocres but technocrats and intelligent patriots you will sure make uncommon impacts. It is time we buried our political, tribal, religious and gender sentiments and allowed objective reasonings to guide our actions in the Nigerian polity if we are to attain any height of global reckoning in human and infrastructural development.
