With the kind of drama and allegations posed against him there will be an automatic issue of bias. There will be an appearance of vested interests and he cannot be seen to be neutral. It is the position of the law that a person cannot be judge in his own cause skills he has acted within the proper dictates of his job as a judge.

He can only prove his innocencein an independent suit between he and the DSS so either d DSS charges him to court for alleged corrupt practices and whatever and they tender their evidence against him or he files an enforcement of human rights proceedings against the DSS. That is only where he can defend himself. He has not acted childishly or thrown juvenile tantrums.

Nigerian so called big men are shameless. DSS accused Adeniyi of corruption, and as a learned man I expected him to see this as an opportunity to set the record straight. Resorting to juvenile sentiments and trying hard to subscribe to public sympathy will not help him.

The story clearly reek of bitterness from a clearly estranged wife, trying to hit back big time at the exhusband. How would you not recognised a man you begot three children from in a twinkle of an eye? What manner of man (with his exposure) would just assault another man and supposed wife for no known reason? If the woman wanted fatherly care for her children, a simple court order would have saved her all these hassle of blackmail.
