Politics › Re: Coalition of South East Youth Leaders Ask Promoters Of Tinubu To Keep Off SE by KosiGee(m): 10:37am On Aug 11, 2022
seunmsg:
The insincerity of Peter Obi and his supporters is sickening. Is Guardian newspaper a pro-Tinubu media platform?

A pro-Peter Obi media platform just published a threat to the Tinubu campaign organization and all Tinubu supporters and instead of Peter Obi and his supporters to condemn and disavow the statement, they simply play around and then blame Tinubu for the publication. Is Tinubu issuing threats against himself?

Is this how Peter Obi will treat all concerns relating to other parts of the country if he becomes the president? Is this how he will look away and start blaming the victims when Ipob, ESN and UGM start killing other Nigerians under an Obi presidency? This is a new low for you guys.
You are insincere mister. There is no such thing as COSEYL. When was this dubious group formed?
South East remain neutral and anyone can campaign and promote their candidate. I might not be a Tinubu fan but I’ll support the right of any group to campaign be it Atiku or Tinubu to hoist the flags, erect their billboards and paste their posters.

….And stop being a hypocrite. Apart from online noise, no one has harassed or physically disrupted Tinubu’s campaign or support group meetings in the south east…we all know what happened to Igbo stores and some businesses after Adeleke won in Osun state.
Romance › Re: I Am Devastated. My Kid Sis Who Went To Lagos To Work Has Given Birth by KosiGee(m): 2:57am On Aug 10, 2022

I am 34 years.
I was even planning on sending her to Uni next year.
Her next destination is going back to the village to stay with my mum, this will put more burden on that woman.
I am yet to speak with her cos I am so angry with her. My elder sister said I shouldn't talk to her angrily hence I trigger a toxic hormone that will affect the baby.

I don't know what to do. Seriously I am devastated. This girl want to kill me . Can't even think straight[/quote]

You are in your 30s mister, unmarried and still trying to sort your life.
I think you need personal investment first. I think you are a good man, highly empathic and family oriented one but you got this prodigal niece pulling you and your family back. I also think that your sister (her mother) also contribute to this mess. She has cautioned you not to go ballistic on your niece.

Focus on yourself and your mother who is in the village.

WARN your sister and your troublesome niece not to go to the village to bother your mother. It’s time she grew up and take responsibility. If you give her a soft landing, she’ll bless your family with another baby from a different man in about one year.

She has been like this…high libido, risky behaviour, stupid and impetuous. People like this learn in a hard way. Allow her to sort herself out. She’s a sucker for ‘fine young’ useless idiot men right from the village. She’ll never stop if you keep rescuing her from her bad and risky behaviours.

Make sure she doesn’t go the village to add to your mother’s problem.

There is nothing offensive about the song
Jokes are normally funny until it’s directed at you or the contents were centred around you or someone dear to you.

I find it disrespectful but I noticed I was humming the song while reading the comments here.
Politics › Re: Pyrates Confraternity Officially Responds To The Trending Emilokan Video by KosiGee(m): 7:43am On Aug 09, 2022
The NAS Cap’n spent time writing all that without addressing the main issue…he didn’t condemn the members who were singing the offensive song. Some of their faces were captured in the video so they wouldn’t have problem identifying some of them.

He also failed to say if NAS would sanction those identified.

I think he wrote nonsense.

Sibetolo:
Most fights between british boxers by Africans were lost especially in the boxing. Are they better boxers or stringer, why should Africans be boxing with the mindset that they can hardly win whites or other races fare and square except they KNOCK THEM OUT? The later fight between the Zambian guy ( Zimba) and the welsh guy is another example of poor biased judges. How could that welsh have won over the Zambian?
The decision on that bout was a big surprise. The decider I think was the third round and the Zambian fighter did well to clinch it.

I think he was robbed. Even the commentators echoed the same opinion.

She didn’t do well against the Northern Ireland girl, Walsh. Walsh landed some good punches then made Oshoba to chase her round the ring. Oshoba became desperate and it affected her performance.

fergie001:
Nigeria also smashed the African Record (42.22s) they set in Oregon less than a month ago.

Nigeria won Bronze (42.75s - Joy Udo-Gabriel/Blessing Okagbare/Tobi Amusan/Rosemary Chukwuma) in the 2018 Games behind England (1st) & Jamaica (2nd).

Positive energies all around that young woman.

She brought it into the team….2 gold for her.

In contrast with Jamaica. It didn’t quite go well with them.

Nigeria bronze.

Kenya got it all wrong. That would’ve changed everything if they had done well.
