Lots of people spend a lot of time doing pushing ups, benches and upper body training…they’ll end up with huge pecs, deltoids, biceps and triceps then neglect the lower body with poor leg muscles(calf:gastrocnemius, soleus and perineum longus and poor thigh(quadriceps)

If you can’t afford the gym…eat, push ups, squats and lunges, sit ups and planks.
