1. On the issue of PCMs who paid the N4,060 earlier & are yet to receive their Callup number, the reason is that we have only processed about 60,000 plus out of the over 130,000 that have registered online. So any PCM that paid
& the payment transaction is successful will receive his/her Callup number in the[I] next phase[I] after processing.

2. Note that once the data of a PCM is processed, the link for 'Change of Date of Birth' will no longer be available on the dash board for the PCM to change.

3. Some PCMs have been calling to say that registration closes on the 12th Oct but they can not find the link to change their date of birth while others PCMs can. It simply means we have processed theirs & yet to process those that still have the link activated.
In any online application, once you submit, it means you are done hence we have the right to process.

4. On reported cases of 'PENDING' transaction status, its a network issue. It should deliver later but if there is deduction or debit of account and transaction failed then PCM should write providing their details to include full names, email, matric no., transaction payment reference number & day of payment.

5. On concessional request, pls go ahead & compile your secretariat's list as usual and forward to Mobilization. NOTE: Advice the members of staff to stick to the new deployment policy, which is that PCMs should no longer be deployed to their geopolitical zone. Eg. Mr. Agarra (Abia) whose daughter is part of this Batch 'C' 2014 cannot be posted to any State in South East because she is from the zone except of course on health or marital ground. This was the reason that a lot of concessional posting request failed the last time.

6. On Foreign Trained Graduates that can not find appointment date to pick for verification of their uploaded documents in DHQ Abuja hence cannot submit, this is strictly a Management Decision. I have been receiving calls in this regard. Over 5,000 Foreign trained graduates have been registered, more allotments were created such that about 250 are verified daily which necessitated that everyone must be in ground till as late as 10pm until the last PCM is verified. An additional two days had been added i.e. Monday 13th & Tuesday 14th Oct for verification which by the way is already filled up.
So in a nutshell, if Management decides to add more days or allotments, those waiting can pick a date if not I guess they will have to wait for next batch. My advice is that they should check for availability of dates periodically.

7. Finally & more importantly.
Pls forward the following:
i. Challenges you have with the present camp registration software,
ii. What do you currently use for Primary Assignment Posting
iii. What can be done to make your job easy.
iv. Also consider the fact that passport photograph must be embedded on the posting letter. Please give this (7) top priority & treat urgently. Your responses are expected as soon as possible. Kindly inform all desk officers.

I'm guessing you r talking about my previous analysis of d new NYSC digital system... Well, bulk SMS/AMS is just an attribute of the whole system, that is not the main system itself! [I]Something[I] has to generate the information that will be distributed by the bulk AMS/SMS software! And as for the 4k, no worry if u don't dey collect allowee, u go forget am!

@all please wen u are studying financial ratios in FR do not forget to concentrate on some key areas like Interpretation of ratios, analyses and most of all Workback where we would be given some information and financial ratios and required to prepare the financial statement using those ratios given. The workback is not difficult atall but if one has not studied it earlier it might bcome an issue. Take note please.
