I saw one at makarious street Ajah, a room in a shared apartment, with a personal toilet and bathroom. Kitchen to be shared by the three tenants. Total package 230k but I negotiated to 215k , 140k subsequent pay, but the tenant will pack out on month end! Don’t know if you mind we share

I am in need of a room in a flat (I'm a fun roomie) or someone leaving their self con apartment on the island or in close proximity to it (i.e I can easily get transportation to and from the island without having to spend all my salary ).

An argument broke out between two of my friends. They are all hustling in Lagos but the came back for sallah. The argument is that one of them said he paid a room 15k for 6 months in ajegunle and the other one said he's lying.
How true is the above pls?

I doubt this is true, I stay in Ajegunle, house is very very expensive here, because of business people that stay there, unless he stays in a very bad area,like all these shanties
