Ok. Its not hard. You'll have to pay acceptance fee then use the start clearance button which will show the required docs.

If this year's requirement remains the same like last year's, you ll need the following documents scanned and uploaded online on your page.

1.. Birth certificate

2. Acceptance
letter

3. Local government Area certificate

4. Waec, neco, nabteb e.t.c result

5. Jamb result

6. Gurantors letter

7. Affidavit of good conduct

8. Jamb admission letter

9. Affidavit of non-membership of secret cult

It should open as pdf as far as the download was complete. Use Adobe acrobat reader to open it or any suitable pdf reader you've been using to read pdf files.

No. Uniben is not like that

Kofa pages of all admitted students have been updated. You all have been given a new username and password you will be using throughout your stay in the university of Benin.

Your new profile now has a bolded "admitted" written on a grey horizontal slab at the top of your profile. If you click on study course, you will see your course, your level as 100, and "full time undergraduate- 2016/17" written on it.

Most importantly, for those you who are still in disbelief, thinking you might wake-up one morning and uniben has collected back their admission, you can now download your admission letter on your new Kofa account and save Uc browser the torture of checking your old Kofa page for the one thousandth time to see if the admission is still there. Congratulations.

It also appears you can now start your clearance with the dedicated "start clearance" button - which can be found on your "clearance data" page.

For those of you who have mailed me and haven't received any reply yet, those already communicating with me but are saddened with the belated replies, I apologise. Classes, tests, and tiring assignment that are VERY time consuming, stress, are all factors behind my lack of engagement.

I'll start finding time for your questions and other requests from tomorrow. Once again, congrats. And remember to pack your bags, consume as much of the good food while you still can, because the most interesting aspect of your life has just began.

If by pass you mean ''C", then no problem. But if you mean "D7" , the person will be transferred to another department that suits his/her o'level during clearance.

If the person made the paper in Neco, he/she should combine both results as two sittings

No be Uniben fault, there were probably other more deserving candidates.

It's a well known fact that Uniben is one of the most transparent schools when it comes to admission. Those on campus can confirm the high number of easterners we have in school.

No school in this world is 100 percent transparent. Even the likes of Harvard and Stanford give preferential treatment to children of rich and influential people who are beneficiaries to the school. Uniben is also not one hundred percent transparent, but it deserves to lauded when compared to others.

Funny how people use the miniscule or should I rather say "nonexistent" number of aspirants on this thread to judge the transparency of the admission process. In short, add-up the people on here to those on Facebook and they will still not make-up for 10-25% of all those who applied for Uniben.

Someone had 3A's, 2B's and scored 250 but no admission yet, ffuck Uniben abi? Well, there are about 50 other people - neither on NL or fb - who not only had 5A's but scored 290 something and above.

Na those people jamb direct Uniben to give the better course using the point system rather than PUME. Jamb caused it all.

Pls I want to ask the staylites, this issue of Uniben transferring some students to FCET AKOKA, is it a new development this year or has been a normal tradition of the school in the past years...cos I'm hearing conflicting news about it, were as some said the transfer is genuine, others simply rebuffed it as hogwash.

It's a new development. Besides, Uniben is not responsible for the transfer, jamb is. I don't know why some people are accusing Uniben.

Jamb wants to give them another opportunity at going to school this year rather than stay at home for another year. Jamb should be at the receiving end of the short-gun, not Uniben.

Same was done last year, but the massive outcry that followed saw jamb reverse it at the end.

Let me make this very clear; any aspirant who was offered admission and refuses it because it's not his or her dream course and would rather stay at home and try again next year, is - I am sorry to say - an ignorant child.

I would have loved to harras you guy's eye sockets with a well befitting article addressing this VERY HUGE mistake ignorant aspirants keep making year in year out, but time constraint due to my busy schedule will not permit that for now.

I would like to congratulate all those that have been admitted. List...List...List! Thank God it's finally out. For those of you that your status is still showing 'submitted', be patient! Personally, I think another list will uploaded and soon. For several others that were given a course that was not applied for, I want to encourage you to accept your fate and move forward. After completing your 100L, you can transfer to your first choice course (except courses like Law and Medicine) upon payment of N50,000. Please note that you must have a CGPA of 3.5 without carryover to be eligible for transfer. In the meanwhile, you will need the following documents for clearance purpose:
1. Affidavit of Non-membership of Secret Cult;
2. Affidavit of Good Conduct;
3. Acceptance Letter;
4. Guarantor's Letter;
5. Birth Certificate/Affidavit of Age Declaration;
6. Original O/L Certificate;
7. Original JAMB Result Slip; and

The bolded comment is not true. A minimum gp of 2.5, haven't probabted and have not done transfer before are the requirements to be eligible for transfer.

These two peeps with FAIRLY GOOD SCORES might have been displayed by other peeps with VERY GOOD SCORES, who knows!!

At the end, na uniben hand E dey cos this year's admission process has more than i can keep track of, broken away from the norm.

Nope. This one na the ogbonge list. My cousin's didn't have supplementary written on it.

Besides, why will uniben release supplementary list first? it doesn't add up.

The person you saw might have been admitted in the supplementary list which was also released alongside first and second batch. Maybe trying to compile one final list caused the delay in the release of the list.
