PDP laid the foundation of Rigging election in Nigeria (1999....)
This is the comment from international election observers during PDP reign.

The Transition Monitoring Group, Nigeria’s largest domestic observer organization, called for a re-run of the presidential polls while European Union observers documented massive irregularities and said that the process “cannot be considered to have been credible.” Teams from the US National Democratic Institute and the International Republican Institute both said that the process “failed the Nigerian people.”
