Religion / Re: Who Was Helping Who? by KunleOshob(m): 3:17pm On Jul 20, 2011
Nobody is helping anybody in the above passage as they were both obeying God's commands. It was God that commanded the widow directly to give out of her little to Elijah. Both benefited from each other but it was God that helped them both. The interesting thing is that rogues, charlatans and scammers especially in the pentecostal fold have used this story to manipulate and fleece the gullibles amongst the body of christ. This story is not applicable to christians today cause Elijah's case was specially ordained by God. That aside it was born out of a need for food and not greed for material wealth as is the case with 419 preachers these days.

Religion / Re: Do You Find The Existence Of God Threatening? by KunleOshob(m): 7:00am On Jul 18, 2011
I think what atheist have a problem with is various religious doctrines which might seem incoherent or contradict each other. They now demonstrate their aversion by deluding themselves that there is no God. It still beats my imagination how any right thinking person can come to the conclusion that earth and all it's millions of living organisms just happened by accident/chance then started evolving also by series of accidents. It is glaring that there is a super intelligent creator behind all these. Even if you don't accept any religion, it is the height of delusion to claim there is no God.

Sorry the private jet does not glorify God in anyway, it only serves to massage oyedepo's over sized ego. It is also evidence that he is a false prophet and a rogue making merchandise of the gullible members of his church.

Religion / Re: Bank Discriminates Against RCCG/Nigerians In New York? by KunleOshob(m): 5:34pm On Jul 14, 2011
@Alethia
Why are you suprised? Rccg is a full fledge multinational business conglomerate, nothing wrong in them opening their own bank as it would definitely further their business interests. And if the money laundering allegation is true, it would make it easier for them to launder funds infact the bank end up being the main conduit Nigerian Politicians use to launder their stolen loot.
Religion / Re: Bank Discriminates Against RCCG/Nigerians In New York? by KunleOshob(m): 6:51am On Jul 14, 2011
@PastorAIO

You spoke my mind exactly. We even have several Nigerians working in HSBC as well, if they were discriminating they won't be employing Nigerians to work for them.

Religion / Re: When It Rains, Is It A Sin Not To Go To Church? by KunleOshob(m): 6:52pm On Jul 11, 2011
Hebrews 10:25 is basically an advise/admonition and NOT a commandment but some pastors would still use the verse to manipulating members to thinking it is a commandment. That aside assembly of believers is not necessarily the church as we know it, it could just be a gathering of a few believers in fellowship.
Religion / Re: When It Rains, Is It A Sin Not To Go To Church? by KunleOshob(m): 5:11pm On Jul 11, 2011
Even if it doesn't rain it is not a sin not to go to church. It's is not compulsary for christians to attend church all the time, though it is advisable they do to aid their christian growth and fellowship with other believers.

Religion / Re: I No Longer Go To Church If I'm Skint (no Money), Can't Stand The Pressure! by KunleOshob(m): 4:07pm On Jul 11, 2011

Of course we know God is not a beggar, but the cec god whom azibalua and yourself worship is a beggar and insists on you bringing offerings to church always no matter what difficulties you are facing. On the contrary in the true christian church, it is the church that supports the believers in need and not the other way round.
Religion / Re: I No Longer Go To Church If I'm Skint (no Money), Can't Stand The Pressure! by KunleOshob(m): 10:14am On Jul 11, 2011

Your god is obviously a beggar who depends of gifts being given to him to exist.

What has going to church got to do with blessings from God or one's eternity. Kindly answer with scriptural reference.
Religion / Re: Can Christian Work In Brewery? by KunleOshob(m): 3:44pm On Jul 07, 2011

On the contrary you are the shameless liar who is trying to force his ignorant and delusional opinion into the bible. I have proved with scriptures that it is ok for christians to produce/ consume alcohol. I challenge you to quote one single lie I have made on this subject as it is very clear to all that you are the one who is a pathological liar and false teacher.
Religion / Re: Can Christian Work In Brewery? by KunleOshob(m): 1:10pm On Jul 07, 2011
^^^
And you are clearly a hypocrite and a dunce. The so called scriptures you quoted when read in proper perspective do not suggest that christians should not drink. I have shown you clear evidence in the bible that christians can drink and even use it in worship yet you are playing the ostrich. Jesus drank alcohol so did his disciples yet so ignorant modern day 'saints' are trying to force into scripture what is not there.
Religion / Re: Can Christian Work In Brewery? by KunleOshob(m): 8:41am On Jul 07, 2011
^^^
Just as I thought you won't be able to explain it since what you preach and believe are doctrines of men that lack sound biblical basis. I repeat with all sense of responsibility that there is absolutely nothing in the bible that suggests born again christians cannot drink or produce alcohol. Even our lord Jesus christ produce very high quality alcoholic beverage when he turned water into wine. That aside I hope you know you are sinning by claiming the bible says christians shd not consume alcohol cos you are adding to scriptures which is a sin. You need to stop forcing your ill conceived ideas into scriptures and causing unnecessary confusion in christian religious beliefs.

Delusions of grandeur fuelled by chronic stu.pidity. Yookos is not even in the top one hundred sites in naija how much more facebook. You must be smoking some very cheap substances to even imagine such.
