For the dough

1) white flour
2) yeast
3) pinch of salt
4) teaspoon of sugar
5) olive oil
6)warm water

1) mix yeast, sugar and warm water in a bowl, set aside till its foamy.
2) add flour, salt and a drizzle of olive oil, turn dough unto a lightly floured surface add more flour if needed
3) roll dough into a bowl and cover dough lightly with oil and wrap in plastic wrap ( nylon) for 45mins or when it doubles in size which ever comes first.
4) knock down and knead briefly and set in the pan to your desired shape

for the filling
1) seasoned and boil beef in tiny chunks
2) crushed garlic
3) green pepper
4 ) red bell pepper
5) pepper and tomatoes paste ( I used peppe Terra)
6) chesse ( can't remember the name)

pls note that the cheese I used comes in tiny ply wrapped in polythene not the big size that needs grating.

1) diced the green and red bell pepper.
2) mix the crushed garlic with the tomatoes paste.
3) season the mix of garlic and paste with stock cube and salt.
4) with a spoon spread the paste thickly on the dough and cover every part.
5) spread the meat and peppers on the dough as evenly as possible .
7) warm Ur oven for 15mins before u pop it in
don't put Ur pan too close to the heat.
9) let it bake for 10mins and spread the cheese on every inch and pop back in the oven.
10) it should be about ready when the cheese starts to bubble.

I never really followed the Timayas rape accusation but the lecturers case I have found particularly interesting.

I read the account of both the lecturer and the lady involved, and I was sick to my stomach.

And to read that people are actually saying the lady is to blame shows how far we have fallen as a society.

A forty year old man , a lecturer and probably a father, claimed that he had consensual sex with a girl placed under his care by her father. Really and the younger person is at fault.

1) for him to fall for her wiles shows how little self control he has.
2) who doesn't know how randy and incorrigible most of this lecturers are.
3) the lecturer story has so many holes I won't bother to start.

I pray we stop the shaming of rape victims and allow them speak out. parents should teach there kids how to relate with people. but parents have failed encouraging bullying , wife battery, child molestation,

In January I took a loan from a private loan company with a plan to service it via my salary as the facility was given with my salary as a means of payback.

unfortunately since February till date I have only been paid salary once as we have been having issues in my place of employment. since then I have been struggling to meet up my commitment on my loan.

as it is the has closed down with no written disengagement letter but an oral discussion with my boss encouraging us to stay off till things get better.

I have been looking at other ways of surviving or employment but nothing has come through yet .

I want to visit my employer and have him write me a termination letter or should I resign , this is to open a discussion with the credit company to re arrange my loan to spread it over a period of time with a comfortable monthly remittance.

Note : it is not a bank.

My brother the best advice is you get a trusted family member or friend that just the kids can stay with . your wife stays with u or looks for a family member to stay with till issues get back on track.
