The money your parent used to send you to school is waste, it could have been better if the money has been invested to buy Treasury bills and govt bond, may it will make sense to you.
How much is the budget of Nigeria that pensioners have been owned 7trillion.?
Kindly seek information before you displaced your ignorance on a public forum. Please go and react Pension Act 2014 amended. It will help you a lot.

You need to be properly educated. Stop brandishing high level ignorance here. Today is Christmas. You mean this idea of government touching pension fund is a good one? Am so disappointed in people like you. Such monies are best tailored towards private businesses. In that way the empower citizen and grow GDP. Do you know the impact of infrastructural development on GDP? And do you know the significance of infrastructural development? It is all about to create enabling environment for businesses (mostly privately owned businesses to grow). I feel sick hearing from uninformed sources, honestly.
You are the one that need to open your mind and engage in intellectual discourse. Let me ask you simple question, your answer will determine my next line of action. How did govt touch the pension fund? Please explain to me. Thank you

Now I believe FG is very wicked. How can you touch money of old people who need their monies after toiling in youthful days. Its possible they have cursed this country. No wonder everything is in shambles!
Do you understand what we are talking about here?

You'll before the end of the day, some of them ll attack you, call you "APC" propagandist etc.
They don't read to comprehend or acquire the knowledge. Only controlled by rage, shallow mindedness.
When MMM was making waves, some of us who were around at previous eras of similar scams in the late 80s and early 90s warned them "MMM" is an old wine in a new wine skin. They insulted us, saying it was better than Buhari's govt.
Who laughed last?
It irritates me so bad.

That is why these stupid politicians will continue to take us for a ride, because our youth are so gullible. They have lost every sense of reasoning.

Stop displaying your ignorance in a public forum. So all the growth you have on your RSA is not an additional income. Olodo..

Empty head. Best investments globally for such funds is real estate and other privately run ventures. That is where individual businesses are allowed to thrive without government clamp down because of ethnic orientation of the business owners like we have seen in the case of Innosson motors recently. Pls, google if you can't do a good research.

You are the empty head, your reference to innosson has given you away. Any further comments will not change your mind. But for the benefit of those who doesn't have same mindset with you, I will give some info. According to pension guidelines on investment of pension fund, the number one objective is the safety of the fund and other thing can follow. PFAs are allow to invest 40% of their fund under management in govt bond, 30% in money market and capital market and the rest in real estate and other investment instruments. However, most of the PFAs are yet to invest so much in the real estate because of the risks and Nigeria factors. That is why they are expecting govt to regulate that sector so as to give the legal framework. Infrastructural development is another area that PFAs can invest but things need to be put in proper perspectives. People like you will be the first to attack Pfas of wrong investment if they fail to meet up with their pensioners obligation. A lot of real estate firms borrowed from banks and they failed to pay back, putting the subscribers in problem. Where is Lekki Garden today? May be that will give you an idea what is happening in that sector.

The heading is misleading, ever since the commencement of the Pension Act, 2004 and subsequent amendment in 2014. Pension Fund has being investing in money market, capital market and Govt bond. The returns on these investment are the growth you see on your RSA statements every day. How do you expect such money be idle without investing it. It is so sad people don't use their brains to think again and quick casting aspersion on APC. The pension fund is intact and is growing, that is the only industry in Nigeria that is well regulated . Treasury bill, govt bonds are low risk investment which the returns are stable.

Of course. They possibly got the transcript from your school. You are still required to send the certificate to them...you can use hellofax.com to faxt it across to them. You can search for the WES Fax number. It was expressly discussed somewhere on the Part 2 of this thread. Best of luck!

This link might help you, it teaches how to search for specific things:

Common sense demands that that book was written over a year ago, how can he be defending what is obvious. It your choice whether to give or not. At least, we have Pastors that told us tithe is not compulsory, choose between them and it shall be well with you.Enough of this tithing story joor.

Having gone through this page, have concluded that Nigeria is completely finished, can you imagine how abnormal situation has become normal. Honestly, we keep blaming govt for everything but the truth is that we are all part of the mess the country is now. Why must one wait for another two weeks or more to get passport even after paying the almighty bribe. I weep for this country. Please note, have gotten my passport through same process oh, am part of the mess too.....lol.

I really feel for both Lola and Peter, they are really going through a lot. A responsible man will always protect his family from any external influence or forces, that is what Peter has done. Lola, you have been a victim here, because you have been accused of so many things, I pray God will see yo through. For Peter and Paul this shall pass too.

Anytime I visit Nairaland to see what is happening, I'm always leave with sadness in my heart because some comments on this forum are nothing to write about. Is either they call Afonja, Apc, Buhari, Biafra and many unguided comments. The funny thing is that most of the commentators are youth between age of 20-35yrs and one can not see any healthy comments. It's so sad, a 25yrs old just won an election in Kenya and we are all here saying nonsense.

If you have a relative currently on the programmed withdrawal option, come, let's change it to annuity and s/he will thank you for life ..

Programmed withdrawal allows youto draw salary for ten years only sad

Stop mis-informing the public in the name of selling Annuity. By the way, programmed withdrawal is not limited to 10yrs, it is for life. Even after death, the family of the death will still have access to the balance on the deseased. May be you need to tell the public that you get 10% from every Annuity policy you sell.

Now, let's talk business.. This is the greatest investment of our time.

Ask me any question on Annuity; I will answer you. You have any relative retired or due to retire, connect them to me and we will guarantee their salary for life..

..and you'll get something too wink
Why should I do that? Why should I chose Annuity over Program Withdrawal

My guy u spokee my mind, one time last year, we had incessant attacks in a street in calabar, thieves took over raping wives, mothers, daughters. It was horrible. I immediately contacted my police friend and he gave me an 14 round Beretta. I gave my wife stern instructions, anyday you notice any break in and am not around, shoot to kill, I repeat shoot to kill. No man can come into my home and kill an entire family. For where that one dey happen.

How many people have access to such opportunity that you have. These people are not coming to steal but to kill while you are in your deep sleep. For those that survived their attack did by God grace

This is really sad cry but come to think of it I think the deceased (the Father) ought to have been prepared and ready for intruders knowing fully well that he lives in a deadly area like ibeshe (The Hotspot of these badoo gang). I'm not blaming him for his death but I think he should have armed himself with all kind of weapons. You can't live in such an area with both eyes closed. If you can't afford to move from the area, get a better burglary window, a security dog, arm yourself to the max, I don't believe these badoo gang must have disappeared into their room, at the slightest sound, get up, alarm your neighbors, get your arms and ammunition and get ready for whatever comes your way... I wouldn't go down without a fight, I might eventually go down, but not without injuring the assailant . RIP
Guy, it doesn't work that way, the people carry out their evil acts while someone is sleeping, it is very difficult to fight back in that situation. Pray it doesn't happen to you.
