Why were those 150 cows malnourished when there was no recession in 2014?

The same way he took care of his 150 has been proportionally applicable to how he presided over Nigeria and now we are all malnourished.

Why always Buhari.

Recession is Buhari's second name

Ozor

If decamping could earn him Presidential ticket, if decamping could earn Fayose return to Government House in 2014, if decamping could earn Saraki Senate President and Dogara Speaker, then I think it is a welcome development to decamp and return to return to the Umbrella.

After all, the top 4 winners in the Saturday's Convention were ALL returnees.

So I'm eminently qualified to seek any office in PDP as long as I remain loyal to the party.

As for you, STOP disturbing me and seeking my attention!
I don't have any resentment for you or Atiku. Just that two of you should stop confusing thunder or lightening as the case maybe. I am confused as were both of stand. No principle nor political ideology.

You and Atiku should stand for one thing and stick with it.

Truth be told, except for few additions because of differential attainments and some of Atiku's acquired statues. You are almost directly proportional to Atiku.

You can substitute Atiku for Tonye. Same people, same ideology. No principle

Buhari is out of sync with 21st Century act of governance. He got nothing upstairs. Not even single deal to keep Nigeria united.

CilicMarin:
Aside the fact, that it is very rare in Africa for an incumbent to lose election, let alone happening twice within 4 years, all other indices indicate a landslide victory for President Buhari next year.

But trust my igbo brothers, just like 2015, they have again failed to read the political barometer and simple political arithmetic.

They have as predicted taken the initiative to campaign for Atiku vigorously in different online foras. Almost 90% of people campaigning for Atiku are from the South East, while the rest of country including the intelligent ones from the PDP, know that Buhari 2019 reelection is a forgone conclusion. Hence politicians in the South especially from the West are already positioning for 2023.

Consequently since my people have refused to learn, I don't just want to hear "Biafra or death" when Buhari is elected in 2019, and the Yorubas handed the initiative to produce the President in 2023.

Shalom!
Ahmed Tibi has been Israeli Deputy Prime Minister and has been voted to the parliament consecutively for more than 20 years, yet he shouts death to Israel and protests the establishment of Israel.

Oga take it upon yourself as a research work. Abia state owned tertiary institutions are complaining of non payments of salaries. Abia state Local government workers are complaining of non payments of salaries. The entire Abia state Civil servants are complaining of non payments of salaries.
Stop the diversion. Face the topic here, ABUTH is a parastatal not a ministry or a tier of government. It's a profit oriented agency just like companies

Why is ABSU doing very well without government subvention?
Politics › Re: Abia Civil Servants Lay Curses On Ikpeazu Over Non-payment Of 9months Salary by LadyExcellency:
No good analysis here from page one. Moreover, ABTH is not same as entire civil servants rather a parastatal in the ministry of health.

1. The Teaching Hospital is a revenue generating agency.
2. The management are responsible for payment of the staffs.
3. The responsibility of the State is oversight function and in some cases provides subvention to supplement the shortfall in extreme cases.

The Question.
Why are these civil servants unable to run such a profitable venture since the State doesn't operate free healthcare?

Why are public servants nonchalant in discharging their duties?

What is responsible for the financial collapse of the hospital.

These are what we should be discussing.
