The pic shows a person who instead of using the ladder to climb out of the pit, he used the wood to make fire and keep himself warm. In the end he will not have a way of getting out.

You can take it to a zoo or you can keep it.
Give it goat milk (direct sucking or bottle) and when it's older grass will do.
