Then you should start using HSBC. HSBC never charged me on 1 cent. I ensured they made that clear to me. I have used other bank atm so many times but none charged me.

Of course it isn't easy, it is not expected for all to open hospitals. Reality is , they have better options to survive. There are hospital with just two doctors. The hospital don't have to be big. There is hospital in my village that is run by one man. All people want is a doctor to talk to and get his recommendation and prescription to their illness.

Do you wake up one morning and start going to the universities? No you apply. Being doctors in other countries entails planning could take up to a month. It won't come immediately.

How Many doctors do you regard as many? It's just 27,000 doctors in Nigeria for 160 million Nigerians, frankly that not much. The are over 8 thousand Nigerian doctors in USA and Britain alone, I will say it's easy but of course not everyone wants to work outside Nigeria.

If this doctors start carrying arms and blowing up hospitals , this goverment will not only grant them amnesty but also sponsor them to the best teaching hospital in the world.

The doctors won't lose that much, all they need is open private hospitals or travel and be doctors in other countries.

And the masses suffer.....

What is more shameful is the presidency sees nothing wrong, even Miley cirus won't dress that way to the White House.

Blacks and Hispanics commit 95% of gun violence in the states. Whites doesn't hate any race and white cops are not the only one ones that shoot people,e.g; George zimmerman is a hispanic and not white.

The know the race of the cop because there was an eyewitness , if the eye witness is lying, let the police release the name of the cop.

What's your source please, I just googled the story and nothing came up, the police officer has been placed on administrative leave and the police department have declined to release his name due to safety reason.

Very unfortunate what they did to the young man, the police are always quick to deal with the black people base on stereotype. They don't even give you benefits of the doubt. If it was a white person, the will turn it into a hostage situation but a black person boom they shot.
The people in the area are sick and tired and have had enough with the Ferguson Police.

This new policy will bring inconvinience. One who doesn't want the charges can't use the atm machine of other bank close to them.
