Election is near, people will want to eat from the National cake by forming solidarity with the president |
I was surprised too. In my case, i had my ear phones on my ear and the small soldier boy asked me to remove it, I quickly obeyed. Who want trouble before you hear one accidental discharge towards you. To be on a safe side I put my phone on silent through out the journey. |
theoctopus: The core North has never had a problem with free education. They have never had a problem of poeple not being able to afford education. What the north has had is apathy for education. The people have very little interest in education. It is a cultural problem ably supported by the ruling elite. When I was in school, every Northerner from the core Northern states were sponsored by their state government and giving everything they needed. But you still wont find them in school. Declaring free education in Kano is meaningless. It means nothingYou are wrong. So easy to pass false information knowing folks will just swallow hook line and sinker. Please when last did you pay a visit to the north? I don't understand you southern people you really think the north has not moved on as per education. Yes in the past the number of Northerners attending schools were nothing to talk about but in past 15years, a lot has changed. My village that had just one primary school now has three primary schools. It's just unfortunate that that there are no stat to show the number of Northerners now in school as compared to the Colonial era which folks like you love referring to I just find it unbelievable that someone as 'educated as you believes Northerners don't go to school. The reason for d free education is simple, despite the fact that many parents want their children to go to school, due to the number of children, they can't afford to pay their school fees. With the free education, every child in kano now has the opportunity to go school. If I may ask what do you suggest should be done about the education in North since you know better? |
Frankly speaking I'm getting really pissed off with the issue of lack of lower denomination in the market. I always I have to spend unnecessarily in order to have change before boarding a lagos danfo bus so that I won't have any issues with the conductor. There should be atm machine that specifically dispenses lower denominations like 50 to 200 naira. Disappointed why CBN doesn't see this as an issue. It drives inflation up. |
Hahahha Hahahha When did this youth become mouth piece of nnpc and federal government. Gej should fire Sanusi if indeed Sanusi has made false claims against the government. Bunch of hungry political hoodlums seeking for peanuts. 2015 is near, time to eat. |
Hmmmm |

Allah Ya bar mana Kai (may Allah preserve you for us) |
I had fears about what next after school because of the numerous friends that I know who haven't gotten any job after one to two years of graduation. But I told my self I can't control the future, I can only make limited effort in achieving my goals, this makes me worry less. I face the reality of on ground, I don't get myself over optimistic neither I'm I so pessimistic. Allah has been so kind to me such that his kindness gives me hope that the future will be good. Funny thing is my mum is more worried than I am, always asking if I have done the any necessary applications. I just moved to the real world after completing my Msc, for now no pressure but in two to three months time the big question of what next will pop up. |
Abokis only!!! |
Hahaha, the responses above sounds like some desperate people who are bittered with the recent corruption accusations labeled against Gej. Please they get high BP over naija politics. Lol At topic, every government want to show they are in control thereby making wrong decisions. The nurses will be recalled. Even fashola had to recall the striking doctors. So this tactics of sacking striking workers is old please and won't work |
Will this translate to decrease in oil bunkering, oil subsidy thefts,? Nigerians have always gotten several awards but ends up on the wall of their office, it doesn't translate to Any meaningful progress. |
israel007: All of you will be shamed when GEJ still takes the crown.Typical response, avoid the topic being discussed and start attacking imaginary things. |
Money is what makes us decide on weather aba made or not. The reality is the guys in aba can make quality leather shoes, but in the midst of quality, you have fake ones. One can really tell the difference unless you meet a honest person. People love assurance on what they buy, reason why they go for designer brand products. And there is no hype about the quality of designer products, if you can afford it once in while, go ahead. To answer op question, my answer is no for shoes and yes for trousers and shirts |
Please you don't have to apply if you got a problem with gombe state. Go ask your respective government to provide jobs and stop Complaining of other states providing jobs. |

Sigh, never an issue for me if ladies prefer tall guys, it's all about preferences. We guys have preferences as well like fair lady, tall ladies, 'endowed ladies' etc. |

The following TV series are not popular but I love them. Orphan black. Sci-fic, clones: mistaken personality (season two will resume next year) Elementary (Sherlock Holmes) :awesome and brilliant character. Crime solving as well as family, and relationship issues. (currently airing season two episode 9). Orange is the new black : it is about women in a federal prison in USA. I can't really describe it but just be patient, you will to love each character in the TV series (season two resumes next year). You have already mentioned person of interest. Person of interest has moved into my top ten best ever TV series. Finally, homeland. Homeland is about international politics and security, similar to 24 but really different and unique too. |
Am presently in season 7 episode 9 which is the current episode. My favorite episode was where Sheldon was trying to understand was sarcasm is. The show is just awesome. Being a science student will make you love the show more. Favorite character is rajesh khutripali Unfavorite character is haworrrrrrddddddd, maaaaammmmmmm ie Howard and his mysterious mother. |

Samsung galaxy S II |
just unbelievable and wicked... |
The mass wedding is a good gesture, help to make things easy for the widows who have no means to take care of themselves and their children but would prefer a more sustainable alternative like creating jobs for the children of the widows. There are so many youth in sokoto with no job to help themselves. These mass wedding will only solve problems for a very short time after which the problem resurfaces. I dislike government who have no eye for the future. It appears government are more interested in self praise where they want to take the credit for 'good' governance which makes them think of short term goals rather than long term. |
Let ask Gej for the funds, I believe he won't have an answer for it, he would claim he wasn't the president when the money was returned, case closed. WHERE ARE THE ABACHA LOOTS ![]() ![]() |
Afam4eva: Why do Nigerians run when kasala burst? No one wants to held responsible na |
I bet he hasn't swim in a river for years but just believed since he can swing his hands, he can swim in a big lagoon . Even Phelps won't make such a bet. I remember a similar incident in lagos where one traders cow was drowning, one of the boys told him he can rescue it, the trader told him he can't that he should just forget about it. The boy insisted and demanded for 10k. The trader agreed. End of story, both cow and the young man never came back. I don't know y this lagos boys love bragging about everything. Smh. |
