I think there are two prominent ones and not just this interesting lady altho she seems to have changed her name for the 100th time.

Iran universities has around 65-70% girls compared to boys
Saudi Univerities have separate campuses with thousands of girls studying

Syria,Egypt,Yemen and every other middle easte countries have women studying extensively.

It is more than evident that there is no basis for girls not studying in Islam. Aisha the wife of the Prophet was a notable Hadith scholar as thousands of ahadeeth were transmitted through her and men would go to her to learn ahadeeth of the Prophet (SAW).

Islam emphasises female medical practitioners so are they supposed to emerge if women werent allowed to learn. The occurence of this in a particular region showes it is more to do with the culture and not islam. However the introduction of shariah for the is a welcome development as they wish to live in accordance to their faith. The only issue of correct is the girls school which i said earlier.

The first thing is please provide a reference for your posts about the fabrication of this hadith. Tell us the year it happened and tell us who was the khalifah then.

There are 6 authentic books of hadith the kutub sitah but authentic ahadeeth are not limited to this books.

Ahadeeth has 4 grades sahih, Hasan, Daif, Mawdu.

These books are extensive research of scholars of old and books like the muwatta of imam malik who himself is considered a Sahabah or ta'been because he was a child at the time ofd prophets death.

Sahih bukhari is the work of imam bukhari who made istikhara before putting any of the 6000 plus hadith in his books and refused to add i think abt 100000 thousands ahadeeth that could be considered hasan.

Imam muslim is a student of Bukhari and author of sahih muslim, Tirmidhi a student of muslim, abu dawood, ibn maja, Nasa'i not forgeting the musnad of imam ahamd , Baihaqi and others. These are great works and scholars have even identified the weak ahadeeth in the musnad , baihaqi and Nasa'i.

This subject is quite extensive and wold need detailed explanation

Thank God we live in a Global Village now. I dont have to be on Ground for brilliant Ideas to be implemented. I stand to gain nothing from the above proposal I am just passionate for my people. It makes no sense for man to embezzle N80 billion in this day and age. If a Governor has no desire to to do any meaningful project in his state he might as well divide the allocation giving amongst its citizen.

Your suggestions are good and sincere but the issue is these structures are all ready in place. We have the code of conduct beareu but the only difference is they dont make the assets public. Even if a politician decalres his assets in public it doesnt stop him from embezzling public funds. Yarauda declared his asset, Gbenga Daniel did other politicas did but has that stopped daniels looting or Yaradua's in activeness. The problem is embedded in the people.As long as it is Nigerians running the agency you propose it would be the same result.

It is only a sincere leader with the youthful zeal of Ribadu that can effectively tackle public treasury looting. In as much as there is no physical attack on the culprits like hanging (e.g china) or choppig of their hands there would be no end to public looting. Those politicians would be happy to go to jail for few months or sometimes days like we see and the courts drag their cases for a millenium.

Agency vetting public aspirants is also flawed because the incumbent govt would just use it to fight opposition like what OBJ did with Ribadu's EFCC having a list of candidates with Lanre Tejuosho in it who has never held a govt position and was contesting against Iyabo.

The public has to rise up against these morons and if they can targeted assasination instead of revolution that would kill the masses should be used. These eveil men would all run away  from the country!!!

what exactly do u mean, i mean what aspects of the report are you asking if it is islamic.

The few things that are not islamic is the closing of girls schools and stoppage of women from shopping ( if it is true) those things are not part of the shariah. However the introduction of Shariah for them is a welcome development as that is what the people want and in a democrace the will of the people should be paramount.

I wish other scholars could get involved and soften their extreme stance on girls schools which has no basis in islam but on their culture.
