The funny thing is... Its not done in other parts of the country... Especially ilorin where I stay!!! Plus... The NNPC mega station in ilorin (asa dam area) sells petrol in jerrycans, so what's so illegal about that I believe ignorance, illiteracy and of course, inferiority imposed on us since the military era, are the cause of this... |
