What are the features of the building? Like, number of bedrooms, laundry, gym room, ante room, main Lounge, etc.
What is the condition of the land considering that some places in Ph are waterlogged & require raft foundation which is more expensive than pad footing? These are factors to consider before anyone can give a rough estimate.

I'm doing double two storey building(6 units of 2 bedroom flat) in Ph(Rumodumaya & ogbogoro) & both are water logged areas that require a pad + beam raft foundation.

If you give me this information then I can come up with a price range from foundation to roofing.

Land dispute is not a strange issue among Igbo. Many lives have lost due to this. No matter how magnificent the building is on a disputed land, it will be dismantled within a minute. Buying land in Igbo land is at Ur own peril especially if u are a stranger. That's why it's very hard to see a stranger buying and selling land there.

Stop misinforming the public. There's no where you don't have land dispute and that's not enough reason to discourage people from owning a land anywhere in the country. Make your findings before you purchase land anywhere.

I have now seen the video. If it happened from morning till 4pm,why then did they not shoot the actual videos of the choppers landing and taking off? The video itself is grainy and not clear and I cannot see the crowd that she is talking and panicking about.

I do not need to look much further to conclude that this video is fake and it is intended to create panic and fear.

In my own thinking, the girl started doing the video when they started approaching where her phone camera can capture them, she didn't even know she can zoom her camera until she tried it.

My whole point is, NPF should prove to us how that video is fake. Fake in terms of what? That it's an old video? Or that the people ain't real? Or that they're military men?

According to the video, they were not dropped at once. It happened from morning to 4pm according to the creator of the video. The crowd movement is panicking to be honest.

Good day Folks, I am not going to bore you with all the details. Ok, I have been a member of this Forum but I really need matured advise cos I am in a dilemma right now. I met this cute babe in 2021. So being a Guyman, that discovery spurred my curiosity. What I did was to copy the number and checked on Truecaller, lo and behold a Man’s name appeared. So I checked his name on face book and checked on WhatsApp too and I saw it was a married Man with five kids.

So I waited till morning and confronted her. Initially, she denied it was a man but when I confronted her with my evidence she confessed it was a married man. I enquired further and she told me they have had s*x like 4 times while we were dating ooo. I butted her out of my house and blocked her completely.

But this babe will be using other pple’s phones to call and be sending msgs telling me she is sorry. So at a point I forgave her and we continued, but, I was not ready to start trusting her again. So last week, I was trying to see if she has truly turned a new leaf before making a major move by going to see her parents. I was shocked what I saw in her WhatsApp.

There was this random dude asking her out. From their chats she told the guy that she has a boyfriend so she can’t have anything to do with him. But, she sent him a video of her touching her Vagi*a. Telling him she wets and squirts very well. When the guy demanded they see so he can feel her she told him no that her Vagin* is only for her boyfriend. Also I saw so many guys asking her out but she kept telling them she is in a serious relationship and she can’t date them.
