figel:Thanks for your update, I was considering the screen grab and pasting on Microsoft word option too, I think that's should just fly....if they want 4 months communication, I can provide 4 years. Thanks for the info about TLS guys....I'll follow it thru.... For the letters, I'll follow your tip too and write up something, my 28days clocks this weeks and I doubt if I can wait for your trip return..... Hopefully it will pan out well. Many thanks |
DelGardo:Please in your life, don't you ever and I mean ever quote me again.....since you don't have the slightest etiquette. Exactly what's my business with PDP and APC....they are d same in my opinion and they are both failures. Exactly what is your problem that you jump to my post and tell me I have got no sense, I shared my opinion, you are simply entitled to yours....what's the insult about? I knew how I jumped about for 1 unit of the Lagos state housing but couldn't get any apart from the one in Epe, Ogba, Agege, ikorodu and the likes were impossible to reach, I have first hand information. I shouldn't join words with you because of your intelligence level which is evident in your insults to drive home your point, but for the sake of education, saying PDP built no units states is an emphatic lie....Big one. I know of the Federal housing estate in Kubwa (built 2002) because I lived around there, I know of another in Lafia nassarawa, because I served there. There's a small one by the Federal Mortgage bank in Oyo states and I am sure there are many more.....this is NO KUDOS to PDP even though it was all built during there tenor. I am a big hater of the PDP govt because they failed, so am I of the APC government because they have disappointed. If you wanna keep trading PDP/APC war because you have gotten some peanuts from one of them, goodluck to you, but as for me and myself.... A better Nigeria is my focus. I will beg you to save your fights and insults for a PDP fighter like you who has been paid and please keep your mentions and insults off me..... Thank you |
Hmmmn With the housing needs of Nigerians, i expect an individual to be inspecting 76 housing unit, not the local government, not the state government.... Talkless of the Fedy government... I expect to see a massive plan for a massive number of units at a low cost, that individual of Lekki gardens delivered 7,000 units in 6 years according to him, though unfortunately some were substandard, but this is a benchmark that goes to show a state government should be able to deliver 70,000 Units in its state, while she Federal government should be able to delivery (directly or indirectly) 700,000 across the country all in 4 years. Until the government is ready to touch the lives of those guys they pay 18,500 minimum wage significantly, then they should stop showing us pictures, all these are cosmetic governance...... Perm secs and directors of government agencies will all buy these units before they roof, then let out to poorer ones at exorbitant rates.... The same fashola will pretend like he doesn't know what's up Wake up Africa, wake up!!!! |
figel:Hi Figel, Invitation letter and Introduction letter, I know you have explained but do you mind giving me your sample since it has worked, I seriously don't wanna take chances. Also the whatssap chat how did you print it out, is it the usual whatssap to email and then print? If its like this, its not really looking authentic and how do they know its the people applying that is in the chat? I'll send you a PM if you don't mind, you can share menthe sample letter.... Cheers |
Amarabae:No ma! Marriage cannot be a project, in a project you work towards a conclusive end....in marriage you don't. |
Waow Now at least we have data, all that is needed is to improve on this, from indication, no one can go wrong in Cocoa business. Amazing I don't find cashew nut there, I also don't see ground but, and its a shame to find palm oil at the import corner...... The stage is set, see yam, see knife, see fire...... |
damanjohn:"ARE YOU A SMALL BOY!" In a large tone, those were your words, and they are very bad. 2, I maintain that you didn't say a seller has a left over in the first post, all you said was that there is cashew in Oyo, and I called based on that Now you have edited! And you saying I have misquoted you....how funny |
damanjohn:This was not what you wrote before, why did you edit after insulting me.... You did not write before that a seller has left over, and I spoke to you based on what you wrote. Now you have edited, I think I deserve an apology, because I didn't misquote you.....it was you didn't explain yourself well before. |
Rahima:What's the update for today.... |
Rahima:What's the update, do you still have in stock? Current price, specification.... I hope you can read and reply this asap....... Extremely serious here... Willing to pick up 200MT in d next 24hours if available |
Mcowubaba:Nah nah, don't have an idea about Ireland, oga Justwise should be able to help you out. Cheers |
Dongreat:You can't use your naira card outside Nigeria for any bank, Buhari cubbed this, if there are few exceptions, then you can't get more that 200USD .....that's if you every get lucky.... Never travel out banking on your naira MasterCard for Cash. Merci |
tolfa:Was the account yours? If yes, was it in your full name as in passport? did it clock 28days, was the funds enough? Are you sure the rise and fall of the naira didn't make you short of funds at a particular time, did you withdraw during the 28 days to short your funds? Was the statement stamped by the bank, did you submit original or photocopy? When did you open the said account? You really have to tell yourself the truth if you won't tell us. If the account wasn't yours, who is the owner? And was there a proper statement from the owner saying you will be having full access to the funds, did you provide your birth certificate to show the owner is your father or mother? More questions need to be asked, I feel for you, quite painfully, but I don't think the will deny you based on bank statement if there was no suspicion.... If all is cleared, I suggested you tender a backup from the bank, stamped and dated and reapply, not appeal as that takes time. |
Good Those toilets are an embarrassment I have not seen a par with them, even Guinea and Senegal that have an airport looking like Chisco and Ekene Dili Chukwu motor park have got a better toilet. Public toilets in Nigeria are generally not a sight to behold. The toilet at that airport (MMA Lagos) is fair at the departure above, bit the arrival below, just before the UBA ATM behind Etisalat and MTN stand is a disgrace to the Federal Republic if Nigeria, knowing well that is the first access |
DEXTROVERT:Huh Did you see the people in coloured suits and yellow helmets..... They came there with a vehicle. I am a govt critic, but I must give it to Lagos State... |
Ngasky:Fantastically said....couldn't agree more Though I did something similar in Lome, Togo. Before I read the rules and realised that I was silly. Inside the airport, you can do anyhow.... But on the tarmac, bro! You have got to show big respect. |
Mikylopez:I do, many of us do.....though hers is ridiculous. But many guys like it sizable, if not for anything, just for the sight.... ![]() |
Hi SabrinaTravel, Can I get a cheap ticket to London/Gatwick/Manchester from Lagos. Whichever is the cheapest, one way. Fate of travel is Sunday 5th February. Also I don't see your number or means to contact you. |

Hmmmn |
larion:Afterall said and done....it came out good. She picked the vignette yesterday and adviced to proceed for BRP which would last till 2020. It was a good one, I guess the ECO didn't see the pregnant marker on the TB test, or dey did and didn't consider it, anyways, all glory to God. Thanks justwise and team for your continuous response here. To anyone who travelled recently, what's the point of entry like? Can a one way ticket be purchased? Since she's going away for 3 years, I know entry in South Africa always demand return ticket, how is it in the UK. Flights are expensive on naira equivalent and we trying to cut cost. |
justwise:Thanks bro, We'll keep d fingers crossed. |
worry357:Waow.... We've applied already |
justwise:Thanks for your time oga, let's hope the ECO will not see it like that, really nervous. I like preparing for the worst case senerio, if eventually we play this penalty to "throw in", what do you suggest, we appeal or we make an immediately reapplication stating it this time. Also the case of Sheffield and Ikeja, where is the decision made because I am kind of confused when I got the mail saying our application is received in Sheffield. |
worry357:Thanks bro, But she's going for a PhD not MSC, 3 to 4 years, if she wasn't heavy now, she still will be before d end of her time. Its more of research and little study. If she defers, she will still be returning with her baby when she resumes, remember its 3 to 4 years, and for the bills, that's surely covered, NHS or not....I might likely move in with her as a dependant. Worry now is if we won't get bounced as per d visa. |
Justwise and team, Please help, I got a dicy situation in my hands, my wife is about 5weeks pregnant and we have applied for her tier 4 visa, received in Sheffield already. However there is a mistake and a twist to it. The mistake, We did not state it anywhere in the application form that she is pregnant, I supervised it myself but didn't know how dumb I must have been to leave that out. Its ticked in her TB result that she is pregnant, infact during the TB test was when we first knew. The twist I have read about similar pregnant situation on this thread, some denied cos they will be close to completing their studies when the baby is due, but however, my wife is going for a PhD, its a 3 year thing so I am thinking it should fly. I just wanna know what our chances are, I've been practically depresses since I found out its some issue on Friday, my heart is in my mouth as we await the result this week most likely. Additional question, we submitted in Ikeja, but got response from Sheffield, the visa decision is taken in Ikeja or Sheffield, cos I am a little confused. Thanks for your time |
ifyseun:Hi, How did it go with d visa application in January, got a similar case. Cheers |
Computer science and Economics ![]() What a combination ...... |
Blakjewelry:Do you think so? She just told you the post is monetized, and then asking someone for her money....many people think she is stupid, but she's making her money. Instagram, Facebook, social media is the office of this people, the foolish ones or those who are supoosedbto be else where (work or school) but following this celebrities on social media, criticizing them without making a dime.... The youths need to be smart |
aresssa:Goodluck to you Mr Deepwaters |
LorDBolton:I'll ignore you insults and follow through with your last point. Africans will not be patriotic enough to follow through on agreements, when the next governor comes in, he'll say he didn't start it and its not his business (hear out wike's speech about amechi's rail) so he won't go ahead with it. But the loan will still be there, accumulating interests, one day, it will be too much and we have to give up something in Africa for d loans. You call me dull no wahala, look at your first point, "the state govt will repay", how many government have been able to repay, Nigeria had to beg for debt cancelation during Obasanjo, Lagos state is heavily indebted, same as Ogun..... The revenue of Kano is nothing close to these 3 govt, Lagos, Ogun and Nigeria. Talking about the project itself refunding, please tell us what project in Africa have survived 10years, the national stadium Abuja was among the top 5 stadiums in Africa in 2003, please have you seen it today? Since I was born they have been working on Lagos Ibadan express road but its yet to be concluded. Do you know how many billions Obasanjo marked out for power, do you have light now? |
Oh no The Chinese are buying Africa How can they provide 85% of the funds. The rail is good, but what you can't afford, you can't afford. That rail project when completed (that's if it is) can never fund or repay the loan in the next 20year. With our poor maintenance culture, that train will work for 5 years and die, but the loan will still be alive. LISTEN TO ME! For those who care to know, the Chinese are naturally wicked, they are over populated and need people out of their land. Come 2050 when the loan they have given us in Africa becomes too much for us to pay, they gonna simply tell us to shift from our land (Africa). They gonna tell is to give them space. Its not only in Nigeria, m currently working in Guinea, and the Chinese have taken over. They give handouts (loans) and set up silly projects while bringing their people in, in mass. They responsible for all sorts, illegal mining , illegal fishing and the rest, the UN once complained of there illegal fishing operations but now they have d backing of the Guinean government after getting these loans Wise up Africa! Be Wise!! |

and if need be there are snipers of airforce close by to take you down.
